A great bagel, bakery, breakfast lunch place. Fresh made bagels, scones, bread, cookies, muffins etc - Open from 7 to 2:30 or so. They have a very good breakfast and lunch menu. Breakfast centered around fresh baked goods and lunch sandwiches, soups, salads - fresh baked bagels & bread. Friendly Staff and Baker
As a transplanted Easterner, with a bit of a bagel attitude, it's just wonderful to find a place with properly made bagels. And this place is it. It's big, with a big menu, great sides, lots of schmears, lots of toppings, great coffee and quick service. And there's lots of well-spaced seating And the waitstaff is friendly and helpful. Being traditional, I had the New Yorker - scream cheese, lox, red onion, tomato and a ton of capers on toasted onion. It was lavish with the lox and just great. Can't recommend more highlyl
I actually did not get to visit. You cannot park on the street and the parking lots require a “plaque!” Steer clear of downtown!
Main Street Bakery has a new addictive cookie, cocoa cream cheese cookies! I wish had known it would take 30 minutes to bake a tray of these cookie, so I could have bought a dozen to take with me. Could have ordered the cookies and my New Yorker bagel
Love the bagel and the smoothies here! Yum! Excellent customer service. There was a little line but we got our food in under 10 mins of waiting. Nice weather to sit outside and enjoy downtown Grand Junctions.
Stopped in and picked out a couple scones for the next day. The scones are a generous portion and were still fresh & delicious the next day. Would definitely stop here again when in the area. Note-there was a notice on the door of an early closing due to staffing shortages. If planning to go late in the day, you may want to call and confirm the hours before going.
Stopped in and had a couple of Crunch bagels that were the best we’ve ever had. Toasted just right with lots of cream cheese. Also bought chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies for dessert. It was an exception visit, worth a special visit!
Came here at the lunch hour, literally 12:00pm. No bagels to be found. How can you be a bagel shop and not have any bagels by lunch. Plan appropriately. Instead I had to get regular bread but lay the same high price. Potential. Yes. Application of being a bagel shop. Nope.
I know wheat has increased in price, but $7.50 for a loaf of multigrain bread? It is great bread, but that is about 75 cents for each piece of bread. I guess it is time to learn how to bake bread.
We stopped here for food on the way to Moab. The bagels were tasty and the cinnamon roll was incredible. The food had clearly been made freshly that day. My only negative was that the hot chocolate didn’t really taste of chocolate just very milky. The service was great and restrooms were extremely clean. Overall definitely worth the stop

Great portion. We ordered half & half and we’re surprised to have a large salad with the sandwich. Both are large compared to other outfits. Great service. Great location.
Just wanted to give a shout-out to Main Street Bagels! We were passing through Grand Junction on our way to Meeker, Colorado. I ordered a SCRAMBAGEL+BACON and a cappuccino. Both were delicious.
They allow seating inside and out. LOTS of bagel choices , coffee, sandwiches. Staff was super helpful to everyone. The breakfast bagels to go were very good.
Stopped in on a whim. Tuna sandwich was very good. Fresh ingredients. Bagel loaded with schmear. Clean. Friendly. Inside and outside seating.
Found this place after a quick web search. Just wanted a quick bite for breakfast with the family. The line was almost to the door which is always a good sign. They were very efficient and we got our order very quick! The bagels were toasted to perfection and the schmear was on point. Among the four of us we had the parmesan, everything, onion, and poppy seed. All were very happy with our choices. This rivals what we had in NYC! Also tried the croissant and orange/cranberry scone. One word to sum up the experience...YUM! The only negative was it was on the pricey side but with their quality it was worth the money.
