We had a reservation for lunch on President's day for my mother's 80th birthday. We had taken her to the spa and thought it would be so convenient to eat there afterwards. However, when we got there they were closed. So somehow we had 12 noon lunch reservation that was confirmed the day before, to a place that doesn't open until 4pm . Not a good experience....

My wife and I couldn't believe the food that came out of this kitchen. We had the 5 course meal and everything was great. Also, watching the chef in the open kitchen was great for ambiance.

Fusion of Asian and Italian is so good! Marco Polo is in upstairs bar area of the Valia Hotel in Westbury walking distance from the theater w beautiful seating and a great bartender. Would absolutely go back next time for a show!

Omg! Love Marco & Polo @ the Viana Hotel and Spa! Ate there every night while I stayed there! (Except for Monday)! Javier, Serge and Chef Ed are my absolute favorites! The service, drinks and the food were amazingly on point and so delicious! I recommend this location especially Tuesdays thru Saturdays! That's when Javier, Serge and Chef Ed are there! Lol I will definitely go again! Oh and Javier knows how to make an awesome Pineapple Cosmopolitan!!

Delay with seating, despite reservation and informing venue of following plans. Servers nice but disorganized. Order not right twice, error with bill. That one meal was comped, but not a sterling experience.
Stayed at the Viana , the restaurant is amazing , clean great staff, friendly cooks at the omelet station. Over all great quality service.

We went to a show at Westbury and found this menu @ Marco Polo's so intriguing and we are so glad we went! We sat at the bar and our bartender Sergio was magnificent! The food was absolutely amazing, a cross between Italian and Asian. We had an appetizer of Thai Chicken Shumai (dumplings) delicious, Chicken Milanese over Wonton Noodles, and Kobe Meatball over egg noodles. One was better than the next! The Meatball was the size of a softball. If were ever in the area we would go again! And steps from the theatre!!

This little restaurant was an unexpected gem. Looking for a place to eat before a show at the Westbury Theater, Marco Polo's came up as the closest in proximity to the theater. We reserved our table which was ready at our arrival. The menu choices were untraditional but superb. Would never think an Italian/Asian fused cuisine would be so delicious. Presentation was artistic and beautiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely visit again when in the area.

I had appetizers n couldn't resist the hot Brownie Sundae. Perfect after a long day. The restaurant is open until 10pm, with a kitchen close at 930pm. The waiter was very pleasant and attentive. They offer a complimentary glass of wine with the purchase of an entrée if you check in on the app. September 2023.

Our meal of pastas and an ice cream sundae was fabulous but the best part of our dinner were the servers! It was our first time at Marco Polo's and we loved it and felt like our best friends were welcoming us into their home. We were in town to see Johnny Mathis and Marco Polo's was recommended - we are so glad! Thank you all!
