I sum up my review. As soon as I walked in the door, my child needed to use the restroom. I will not let my nine-year-old child in a public restroom by themselves. It’s too dangerous. I open the door to the restroom. I was overcome with the absolute rancid disgustingly morbid stage of what was possibly 50 different people‘s urine. The bathroom smelled like it was a collecting pool at the national diabetes convention. And of course my child had to use the toilet. I was choking, the bathroom was that bad. A 16 or 17-year-old kid came to use the bathroom while I was standing there waiting for my son. He pulled his shirt up over his face to try and block the smell. Then he looked at one urinal? Then looked at the other? He walked to the other empty stall? Walked back to the first urinal. He looked as though he had no more time to waste and did his business. There is no need to critique the food, the service, or anything else. I have no clue how often the board of health inspects these places. But I’m curious to know. Would they shut a place down for something like this? This was absolutely in my 58 years on this planet, the biggest abomination of a bathroom I have ever been in. That’s including gas stations, jails, and pissing under highway bridges.

Youngest daughter wanted outback sure no problem kiddo on a Sunday night we go in there young lady at the front desk wasn’t so inviting or personable sat down seemed like a nice waiter my girlfriend and order her food. She explained to him exactly how she wanted it. It was just an appetizer with extra cheese, not too hard. You would think it comes out burnt the first time second time has just about no cheese on it. So I took the plate walked into the kitchen, so I could talk to the cook and explain to him how she would want it. The manager came up to me and said I can’t go back there OK no problem Now the manager make sure they fix it keep in mind it was appetizer they bring it out not even a minute later they bring out an entrée totally get under my skin like I wouldn’t even have time to eat my appetizer and my entrée would’ve got cold already I told the manager his management sucks clearly it does if a simple appetizer. I can’t come out properly after three times he told me he was too busy and that’s why I told him his management sucks if that’s an excuse, you’re gonna give you a customers. he tried to comp my family’s meal, but I would’ve rather pay for it and got it right than getting comped then he tried to give me to go plates to get me out of there. This is totally unacceptable and this is why outback steakhouse has been closing down.

Went in today to enjoy a meal at the bar and was ignored rudely by the male bartender. He tended to another customer that arrived 10-15 minutes after me and proceeded to ignore me. Unless you want long wait times and to be ignored for no reason, DONT visit this bar. In hindsight, I have no issue with waiting at the bar, however, being ignored and undermined like this is something I don’t tolerate. Customer service is everything, alcohol and food is everywhere but customer service isn’t. This place wasted precious time from my busy work schedule and I hope others don’t experience the same.

I ordered the Outback hamburger. I will never eat at an Outback. Even the iced tea ordered was gross 🤮 happy I only paid $20 for my meal. Save your money go some place else. I would have sent my food back, but we were a singles group and 19 people. It would take too long replace my meal.
