I’ve been going to PDQ for a pretty long time now and generally have a great experience (very friendly staff, fresh food, etc.) so it sucks to have to be critical, but I think it’s warranted.
They are implementing truly baffling changes — you used to be able to get extra sauce if you asked nicely, something that I’ve literally never seen taken advantage of or abused. Now, you’re limited to two sauces regardless of the size of your meal and are charged extra. Sucks that they took away such a customer-friendly policy, but is pretty understandable, honestly.
What is truly ridiculous, though, is the limit on fries they apparently just put into place. Ordered a 20+ dollar combo meal and opened my box to literally 8 fries. I was literally LAUGHING at how small the portion was. My partner and I are never the type to go out of way to be a pain service workers but this was so egregious that he went up and said something, to which he was told something about new management implementing a rule that every meal only gets 10 fries. Boooooo. 👎

Really enjoyed the chicken there. Very good. They have the coca cola Freestyle machine which was a huge plus. Love that machine cause i can't get Mello Yello anywhere else but this machine. Nothing to complain about and will def go back.

Very nice little place. I've been there several times and it is always clean and well lit. The food is always hot and fresh. Everyone who works there is very polite and friendly. Things come out quickly. And the food always tastes great.
