Service and restaurant is 5 stars. The food, not so much. Ordered the strips with tots. The tots aren’t crispy the chicken could use some more cooking time, as it was still pink. Farmingdale’s food is so much better.

First time trying PDQ yesterday and got food poisoning most likely from the milk shake. This is day 3 of not being able to eat or digest any food since eating there. The vomit and diarrhea is consistent and there is no end in sight. I do not recommend eating here unless you are looking to purge your digestive system. Or lose 5 lbs in 3 days.

Very pleasant counter staff. Everybody helpful to a first time customer. Went out of their way to assure we ordered everything that would be to our liking. Donna was especially nice.
1st time visit. Took 20 mins for 2 smoothies. Went up to the counter 2x ask for drink status. My kids already finished their meals and just keep complaining of throat discomfort as we all ate spicy chicken nuggets.I think it’s better off order at the window since they won’t let cars standing still for 20 mins to complete an order.The guy kept emphasizing “only 2 person working “. I wish I can say that when I used to manage 12 patients, response to emergencies at the same time by myself. It’s sad that people can’t multitask and navigate ways to prioritize. I am an extremely patient person. But 20 mins of wait was unacceptable. Food was mediocre. Won’t return.
