A coworker informed me that the 99 Ranch food court was fully open, so my dining companion and I decided to check it out. We chose River Sushi aka River Japanese Cuisine because the roll offerings looked good and the prices were reasonable.We selected the $25 two special roll deal which came with a choice of soda, soup, or salad. The rolls were good, but I wouldn’t say that they were filling. If two adults are sharing this special you are probably going to want to get something...

I just came here for a quick lunch and the sushi was so fresh. They prepared my order in under 5 minutes and the price was very reasonable. I normally go to the Oakland Gardens location since it’s near my home, but I’m glad I have a sushi option when I’m out in Westbury. I don’t leave reviews often, but I wanted to support a new business, plus the lady who took my order was very nice.
