Okay, Spring Shabu Shabu – you’ve won me over! This was my first time trying shabu shabu outside of Japan, and I didn’t know what to expect, but let’s just say it delivered. You get your own personal hot pot, which I loved because, hey, everyone’s got their own taste! While meat isn’t included in the buffet, you honestly don’t need it – they’ve got a crazy variety of fish balls, tofu, veggies, and more, so you can load up on all sorts of goodness without missing a thing.
And can we talk about the noodles and the DIY sauce station? The choices are endless, and I had so much fun mixing up different flavors. For an all-you-can-eat setup, the price is beyond reasonable, and I loved every second of it. Oh, and they include matcha soft-serve ice cream – such a perfect ending!
As a Canadian, I’m just sad we don’t have one of these back home, but I’ll definitely be back for more.

Average at best for the rich white people in the area. If anyone has had real hot pot know not to come here. Mishap on our seating evoke we waited and was bypassed for another party. Save your money go to flushing queens for real shabu shabu!

I went to Spring Shabu-Shabu last night with my family and we all agreed that we had the most delicious dinner that we had in a long time. Everything was so fresh & it was so fun to be able to choose exactly what you wanted to put into your broth. The selection of veggies, noodles, meats & seafood was incredible. They had everything that you can think of available. The sauce bar was extensive as well & every one was perfect. We enjoyed delicious sake, beer & strawberry daiquiris & the green tea ice cream & pineapple whip were such a nice ending to our meal. Our waitress, Suzie, is a treasure! She was so attentive, sweet & helpful. I am looking forward to another outstanding meal in the near future!
Vegetarian options: You can make your personal pot entirely vegetarian.

I went for dinner on 10/13 at around 6pm and boy it was packed & busy. It was so loud and chaotic. A rude Korean man in front of me in line ran into me with full force and didn't even apologize. Meanwhile his entire family was loud and his kids were throwing their toys in the restaurant. This is obviously not Spring Shabu Shabu's fault but here's something that is: they completely got rid of weekday lunch. $20 for AYCE lunch was such a good deal. The restaurant was also less hectic and stressful thus service is better and attentive and its easier to get food from the buffet and eat in peace. Flushing location still has lunch so I have no idea why they decided to get rid of lunch hours. If your business is doing well now, I'm not sure why you guys are trying to cut costs. I would've preferred they raise the price slightly than get rid of lunch hours altogether.

My mom and I learned about Hot pot via a book we are both reading and wanted to experience it in real life. So glad we did on Friday night at this Westbury location. Great experience over all, I'm 90% Plant Base and the options for veggies had me feeling like a kid in a candy store. I was even able to try a special type of mushroom that's hard to get.
Our Kale was AWESOME! He showed us how everything works and even made a special sauce combo for my mom that was popping! The price point especially for LI was affordable for anyone, even the add-ons were reasonable.
The place was super cleaning, especially the bathrooms!! Simple dessert bar with vanilla and green tea ice cream. Plus non-dairy pineapple ice cream.
My only suggestion for that area is they need to have the cones and cups side by side, not one behind the other. The set-up now makes it hard for people to get the cups that are behind the cones, which people will knock down trying to reach behind them.
Over all, my family loved the experience and will be back for my upcoming birthday.

I absolutely love this location in Westbury! The flushing location is great but Westbury is definitely providing more convenience (parking wise). Very spacious inside. Tons of fresh ingredients. I believe they have some of the best vegetables and meats! Staff is very attentive. Clean. Definitely recommend everyone checking this location out! Hot pot is amazing! Makes anyone’s first time great! ..btw get the pineapple sorbet! it’s life!

Great location since its close to RFM, coscto, AMC and so many other shops. Big parking lot so no need to worry like the other restaurants closer to the city. Service is great, had Sabrina as our server and she was helpful in explaining the restaurant to new comers and always checks up on us. Can’t ever go wrong with hotpot, even better, a buffet version. Fresh veggies and good selection of carbs. Cant leave without getting the included ice cream. Can’t go wrong with Matcha and vanilla swirl but the new pineapple dolewhip is pretty refreshing after a meal.
