This has to be the cleanest and best shabu shabu place i have been to. Compared to other places, the service and quality of the food is superior! The choices of vegetables and sauces available are very fresh and abundant and well organized to please anyone. It was my second time here and I will definitely return soon.

Spot’s spacious but still got that cozy feel. Solid spread of veggies and meats, all fresh. It’s straight hot pot (no grill) but they got ice cream on deck to wrap it up.

One of my favorite place to have dinner. Servers are all kind and mocktails are available with a good fixed price(my dauther loves). Vegetable is always fresh. Unfortunately business hour is a bit short. During week days, they only serve dinner from 5:30. I wish I could have more chance to go more often.

Really great place that is kid friendly. Staff is very professional and friendly. Pricing is pretty good as everything is fresh and the selection of veggies, noodles and fishcakes is tremendous. We always go early (around 4:30PM) to beat the crowds (around 5:45PM the place really starts to get packed.) Overall one of the better dining experiences on Long Island!

I came to Spring Shabu Shabu with my family and had an amazing experience. Our waiter Josh was so greeting, he politely cleared our dishes, refilled our drinks and broths, and never bothered us like other servers do sometimes. The food was so good and fresh. I highly recommend.
