Okay, Spring Shabu Shabu – you’ve won me over! This was my first time trying shabu shabu outside of Japan, and I didn’t know what to expect, but let’s just say it delivered. You get your own personal hot pot, which I loved because, hey, everyone’s got their own taste! While meat isn’t included in the buffet, you honestly don’t need it – they’ve got a crazy variety of fish balls, tofu, veggies, and more, so you can load up on all sorts of goodness without missing...
Average at best for the rich white people in the area. If anyone has had real hot pot know not to come here. Mishap on our seating evoke we waited and was bypassed for another party. Save your money go to flushing queens for real shabu shabu!
Jose, the manager, and Isabelle, our server, were AMAZING. The food was delicious and the ambiance of the restaurant was very nice. I enjoyed everything and will be coming back very soon!
