Visited the Subway location in Westbury on Post Ave. Second time here. And for the second time in a row the woman who works here has made my tuna sandwich to perfection. Unfortunately I don't know her name but she is a Latin woman with the nicest disposition and deserves recognition. This location is always clean and well kept and the ingredients have always been fresh. I really hope the higher ups see this and rewards this nice lady. She's a hard worker and it's a pleasure to visit this location because of her.

Made a mobile order and went to pickup. Cashier was rude and said because I didnt answer the phone to confirm my order it’s subway policy to cancel it. Horrible customer service. I’ve NEVER had a subway call to confirm an order. There is a reason subway is going out of business. Because your workers are rude and treat customers poorly. Do better!

Only one employee to do it all, I always assumed customers come first before sweeping. Food was good for what subway brings. No more $5 dollar footlong, which used to be their staple. Shared parking with other businesses.

Subway is nostalgic for the bae, so we stopped in. It was empty and clean...a plus. Staff was cordial.I'm not sure I like the new menu with numbers not in order and the new combo...Subway should have put those on their own slate/board and all the old school on another...just meEverything tasted free; Subway, cut back on the sugar in those cookies whoaaaaa or sell some reduced sugar cookies pleaseeeee ?
