Came in was able to sit at the bar and be welcomed by the best bartender Siaori. The service was great and he was very warming and welcoming. I will definitely be back again.

Went there for my nephews birthday this weekend worst food ever and no favor like seriously the chief needs to be change an everything u order seems watery and no seasoning nothing works spend almost $200 an over an lucky my sisters husband give a tip of $25 which they didn’t deserve cause how can anyone go wrong on shrimp and chicken pasta even the ribs my mom had was missing favor the place needs to be clean like the floors mad sticky and the works coming out the kitchen with wet gloves and never once when we enter with a greeting or smile like hi how many ok this way just this way like so many people have jobs an u wonder why businesses closed cause the works an no management crazy never again if “0” was an option u get it

Worst Friday’s location!!!! Came in to dine for a lunch date with my daughters, the waitress was horrible! It took her 15 mins to get to us. When she did she seemed bothered to do her job, the entree came out first before our beverage and appetizer. The entree was very cold and on top of that had a hair in it. She disregarded my complaints. Unfortunately I had to get up walk to look for a manager and show him the hair. He was very helpful and took the meals back. I canceled the appetizer and drinks because even through all of that drama it never came out. I been here once before and the service and quality of customer support and food is terrible.

Magzhan is the best photographer I have ever seen❤️
My boyfriend and I went to this location after discovering that the TGI’s in Manhasset closed down. When we arrived the male host that sat us down was rude and short with us. Then my boyfriend and I waited 10 minutes before a waitress finally came to our table saying that she had to take our order because the waitress we was supposed to have taken our order was busy. She was extremely rude but we gave her a chance. I then over heard her telling the other waitress in a rude tone “you were supposed to serve them but I guess I’ll take their order now” as if we were a burden. I wanted to leave then as I was uncomfortable but my boyfriend said to wait. When the waitress brought our appetizers they were wrong. When we pointed that out to her she had an attitude and stormed away without apologizing. That was the final straw and me and my boyfriend had enough. We ended up telling her to cancel our order. When speaking to the manager he apologized and offered a free appetizer but honestly I cannot go back even if we had an entire free meal if it meant that nasty mean waitress was going to be there. This goes beyond treating customers with respect but she didn’t even treat us like human beings. It makes a lot of sense in why there was not a lot of people eating there. Please change your staff or train them to be kind for the sake of your business. I’ve been eating at TGI Fridays for many years and sad to say I am no longer a customer based on how terrible that waitress treated us.

Was promised 10 min. wait by the greeter, waited 15 mins for a table. When seated, no waiter came to take down any orders because place was overcrowded with only 2 waitresses, 1 food/drink server and 1 bartender to cover 15 tables.
SUMMARY - Too many guests, not enough workers. You'll be waiting a while, not worth the wait if you're hungry or impatient for a drink
