Cheers to GrubHub, jeers to Vito's Pizzeria. Every once in a while I will order diner from Vito's through GrubHub (before all the lectures about prices being higher on GrubHub, I only use GH when I have coupons to offset the higher prices and it is actually less). Tonight was one of those nights and things went fine until I got a text, after my food was delivered (I also have free delivery on GH) that an additional amount was being added to my order. I called Vito's to inquire about this extra charge. The woman who answered the phone was not pleasant and rather curt. When I asked about the extra charge she told me they recently raised their prices. When I told her GH had the old prices she replied that's not her problem. I asked for her to meet me halfway, but she refused. She then said, do you want me to lose money? Yeah, like you're going to lose money! I sensed this woman would not make good. So they would rather lose a long time customer, then to make them happy. So be it.I then went on the GH app and "chatted" with their customer service. I explained the situation and was given back 3 fold what I was additionally charged by Vito's. I stand on principle and I won't be ordering from Vito's again. There are many other restaurants in the area to choose from.

Been searching for a new place for pizza and I think I found one. Great white cheese pizza, little flop but great under carriage. My new fav pizza place. This dave portnoy approves. Ralph was great even gave me more garlic knots. He got Points for that. Little place But worth it ?

Don’t be fooled by its location. If you are looking for outstanding food and your mom and pop atmosphere it is worth the trip. I give it a 10 out of 10. Yummy. Treat yourself on a Friday night and say hi to
