Wonder Westbury

Ordered $150 worth of food waited almost 2 hours, called the 800 number lady said the order was sitting there never picked up and they didn't have some of the shit we ordered. Reordered now we have been waiting 40 minutes I doubt the food will be edible.

The most mid meal I’ve ever had in my life. Does Sripraphai know the disservice that you guys have done to their name? I could have driven 10mins west to get the real deal instead of this warmed up mess. I had the drunken noodles and the noodles were still hard and not fully cooked. My husband had the pineapple fried rice which was super mushy and difficult to eat. The kids had Wing Trip and they normally love wings but not these. I wish Wonder would be more upfront about what they actually do here which is warming up food that has been previously delivered cold. Glad I was able to use the promo to order and not pay full price. Won’t be back.

The autumn orchid bowl and the Detroit burger pizza were absolutely insane! I will be craving it until I order again! Jenna is amazing at what she does! Thanks wonder for making my first experience a great one I will be ordering again no doubts about it.

Apparently this is pre cooked food, frozen and reheated when you order it. You can tell when there’s not a single skillet in that kitchen. So when you see a review that it tastes microwaved. Take their word for it.

If i have a option a zero star i give this store zero star because they waste the time of customers and delivery boys.im waiting for my order for 30 minutes but now they said to me me 10 minutes more. I will not come here and I request to all of you guys don’t come here ever. Staff is very rude.

Wow. I hope this place stays. Such a cool concept and the food is great. I had fries by Bobby flay, a carrot soufflé and Brooklyn pizza. $45 and it fed me for 3 days. I will definitely be coming back more often. Use the app.

I had such an amazing experience at Wonder Pickup Order! Paul and Jenna were so friendly, professional, and kind — they treated us with respect and made my kids smile the whole time. The place was bright and clean, with spotless counters and floors even on a rainy day. It’s not often you come across such genuine people and such a well-kept space. Highly recommend!

Food hall is an interesting description. But it was a lovely food room. We got a few things from a few different menus. The bbq was surprisingly good. The wings were interesting. Collard greens mac was good. Detroit pizza was fine. Thai salad was mediocre (add some acid to the dressing).
Very limited seating. Its literally like 3 tables and a bar. Utensils werent included but were provided upon ask.

Detroit brick pizza - If there was one way to describe the food it would be SALTY.
I’m not sure if the pizza was made to order or premade but the saltiness was almost unbearable.

Wing trip - fries were delicious. Could’ve been better but it was delivered and had cooled a bit. Wings were good as well.

Overall good concept. Since it is one kitchen for all these restaurants, I question the freshness of the food. Some must be from frozen or pre packaged and just warmed. Delivery was fast. Service fee wasn’t too bad. I give it a 3 star I’m still salty from the pizza

First time trying this new concept and was pleasantly surprised and will be coming back often. I had some questions about the process and was lucky enough to speak with Jenna, who helped answer my questions and seemed extremely seasoned. Food was awesome and I have recommended to family/friends. Staff was very helpful to a newcomer.
