I rarely visit Dunkin’ — it’s usually my plan B when other options aren’t available. However, this location genuinely surprised me. The interior is well designed, comfortable, and works nicely for informal morning business breakfasts. The staff is friendly, attentive, and the service is fast and well organized, which makes the overall experience pleasant and easy.

The person in drive thru was rushing my order not listening to what I asked for and rung me up wrong. When I asked for my money back he said no he can not give me my money back. I had to call the police to actually get my money back. after that he gave me my money and said don’t ever come here again. I’m not going to this was the worse dunkin service I ever had. Customer service isn’t good always rude and had an attitude in the morning. I get it that you’re by yourself but you don’t actually see the customer till they get to the window. Holy cow. I used to do all kinds of restaurants and fast food before by myself to its not hard

This location is terrible. Food takes forever to be done, an order was placed at 10:40am and at 11:05 a simple matcha was still not ready. Items have been routinely forgotten and the staff are rude with the exception of one woman who is often in drive through. Do not come here unless you have an hour to waste.
