This location is terrible. Food takes forever to be done, an order was placed at 10:40am and at 11:05 a simple matcha was still not ready. Items have been routinely forgotten and the staff are rude with the exception of one woman who is often in drive through. Do not come here unless you have an hour to waste.

I ordered a medium iced coffee, ended up with a small iced coffee. 1st world problem, I know, but for the money, you expect what you pay for.

This is the second worst Dunkin. Lyell Dunkin takes the top spot. Their beverages are made inconsistently. They're often out of stock on certain baked goods, and if you order online, you just won't receive the item, resulting in requesting a refund from whatever app you used to order it. It's not an avoid if you're in the area, but if ordering online, choose another location. The Dunkin on Long Pond is more consistent.

They are TERRIBLY slow. Rude when taking orders. Once they finally get your order it is almost never correct. It smells in the building. I just left and there was literally 1 person trying to run the entire store. It’s a shame such a large company can allow somewhere to struggle this terribly.

I waited over 20 min for my food, and when others who came in after me started getting there food before me, I said something. It was only then that they realized they hadn't started making mine yet. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! This isn't the first time I've had to wait over 20 min and should have learned my lesson the first time. Shame on me. There was a store full of people waiting for their food, and it wasn't even as busy as I've seen others. Everyone lolly gags and there's no sense of urgency.
