I recently tried the Chop Shop..the Bell Evans Chicken was good and fresh. However, I tried one of their pre-made salmon sushi take-aways. I knew as soon as I took a bite it was not top grade salmon and had a fishy taste. I probably should have stopped right there, but did eat the rest. I have eaten sushi all my life and know when I get that queasy feeling within hours of eating, the sushi grade was less than acceptable. I may give it another go. Drove from Massapequa to the Hamptons and got lost. Stopped at Justin’s Chop Shop to grab something to eat and get my bearings. The atmosphere in the place was great. You could tell everyone working enjoyed there job. You could also taste their enthusiasm in the food. Ate in the car and enjoyed lunch. Went back in and left with prepped meals. We ate our first one and it was awesome. Can’t wait for tomorrow. The next trip out there is going to be like driving around the block....read full review
