My wife and I had the most delicious dinner at Sushi 1!! It’s truly a hidden gem with the most accommodating staff. This was our first time here, but it definitely won’t be the last!! The sushi was extremely fresh and very flavorful. The ambience was low key and very serene! We look forward to our next visit!!

If you want the best quality and freshest Sushi... this place is it! No question,hands down the best sushi you can get. They are very busy so make reservations if you can! Or be prepared to wait. Always on point. Fish is absolutely amazing and this family has been serving sushi here, I believe since the late 70’s. In terms of sushi, it’s the best in the Hamptons and if they were in the city, they’d be a top 10 spot. They also have great beer on tap.
