What a great find..Left Montauk early and decided to stop for breakfast on the way back westbound. Googled places to eat around West Hampton and Eckart’s popped up. Gave them a try and we are so glad we did. Place is old timey original, service is spot on and friendly, and the food was fresh and delicious. Will be back, a definite go to place me.Cash only….Breakfast and lunch, closes about 2:00pm
Eckart's was a cute luncheonette I have never been to. The food was pretty good. It was a bit difficult for me to order as I am gluten free. I feel like some of the prices are way too high. The milkshake is 8 dollars...I could purchase two half gallons of ice cream for that price of a single serve shake. The side of coleslaw was the size of a condiment cup... It was delicious, but it was hardly anything to be considered a side. The staff was nice, but could have been a touch more...read full review
