This restaurant has some tables by the water which is very nice to sit outside to enjoy the view.
The service is a bit slow, and the waitress keeps forgetting things.
The food taste good but the portion is so tiny do that price tag. The clam is only four pieces that’s a bit ridiculous. The crab cakes on the devil eggs are a little overcooked, fried too dry. The only good dish is the lobster sliders. Even the fries comes with it is really good.

Visited Portside at the Westport Marina on Saturday night with friends after hearing about live music. It was so much fun. We arrived late, so there weren't too many people but the band, Arabella, was amazing. The staff( bartenders) were great. The atmosphere was trendy and fun. I wish that there was more than another week or two to the season remaining. We would definitely return.

Very friendly service and nice views over Lake Champlain.
The food though...the saying goes that any place in America can make a decent burger and Caesar salad. Not this place though....fries, chicken tenders, all pretty mediocre.
The inside space has pretty poor acoustics for those who are sensitive to that. Outside toilets were also not super clean.

Absolutely all of the food was bland. Bloody Mary was wonderful. Server was great, but it took a long time as they lost our order.

Great place for a casual meal, we have been a few times this year. They have music on Saturday nights and pulled in a pretty good crowd last week. We have been working our way through the menu and so far my favorite has been the deviled eggs with crabmeat, fish and chips and the key lime pie. The service is very friendly and they allow dogs on the patio. They even bring a water dish! I’ll be back to work my way through the menu.

My family had a lovely dinner here. The view was breathtaking. We really got to take in the beauty of Lake Champlain. The service was noteable. From the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out- every staff member we interacted with was kind and quick. The drinks selection was great. The food was good. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an enjoyable meal on the lake.

Have eaten here three or four times this summer and never been disappointed. The food and service have been consistently very good. Friendly and accommodating place for young children too. So far my menu favorites have been the caeser salad with salmon, the pineapple teryaki burger, and the crab cake sandwich. And the guava cheesecake :)

Vegetarian options: They had a special with jackfruit which was AMAZING! They had substitutions available too with the menu so my whole family was set!
Kid-friendliness: The children’s menu is great and staff were super friendly to the kiddos

We love this place! Currently my favorite Sunday afternoon hang out spot. It's soooo nice on the water and the food is great with Hawaiian touches that come from a deep family history. The management and staff have a fun, casual energy. Very accommodating for vegetarians. Highly recommend the house margarita - it's not your average marg :)

One of the main reasons why "Westport is the Bestport"! Great food, great views, great atmosphere. New management has done an awesome job of blending the old and the new, it still feels like The Galley, just refreshed and renewed in all the right places. Great cocktails and beer selection. Amazing fries, highly recommend the classic Alex's Grilled for lunch and the Teriyaki Burger!
