I decided to treat myself last night with a $24 delivery from 16 Handles on Mamaroneck Ave, hoping for a little celebration. I ordered Oat Milk Vanilla Soft Serve with a waffle bowl, Wet Walnuts, Cookie Dough Bites, Maraschino Cherries, Ghirardelli Chocolate Sauce, and Hot Fudge. Unfortunately, the order arrived without the waffle bowl and Ghirardelli Chocolate Sauce, and to make things worse, it was covered in whipped cream—which I didn’t even request.
It’s incredibly disappointing to spend so much on a treat, only to have the experience spoiled by such careless mistakes. This lack of attention to detail really ruined the moment, and I’m left feeling quite unhappy with the service.

I like this location. My favorite flavors of these brand are the creamy ones like: caramel, coffee or mint chocolate chip
You should make sure you never runout of pomegranate ice cream... I love it! Also it's one of the few non-dairy ones.

This is a well-organized self-service ice cream shop. First, you go to a small station where you choose the size of your ice cream cup. Then you go to the second station to choose the flavor of ice cream you would like. The last station is the table full of diverse toppings you can add to your ice cream. How much your ice cream costs depends on how much your ice cream weighs. The establishment offers drinks and desserts as well as a comfortable seating space. Also offers delivery. Enjoy your ice cream ?!

Store is under new management! Absolutely horrendous and is not the same. The owner has folks from NJ at this location and they own many other stores along NJ and NY!!!!!! I feel bad for the young employees working there. There's a guy there who I believe is the new manager just sitting on his laptop and phone doing NOTHING. Another random tall guy who just stands there doesn't greet anyone. WEIRD!! Original Manager Jerry was fantastic, always hands on and cared about the customers, and was CLEAN. What Happened?! Read a review below that the owner only cares about money? How about the COMMUNITY? What about the customers and the loyal ones who LOVED this place??? Just lost a customer. Very upsetting !!!
