Never ever set a review but this time i just had to share my side. This place a few years ago was fantastic… today nothing like I have ever experienced in any place. Only 2 of the machines “worked” … it was all liquid coming out. Topping bar a complete mess as they were reorganizing with there bare hands. As i was about to pay guy at the register very rude! To end it all the spoons he tried handing them to me with his dirty hands holding the scoop side of the spoon. Im shocked to the complete turn over of this business New Rochelle and Larchmont are a few minutes away and I will be taking my business there from now on.

The store is absolutely filthy, not a clean surface in sight. Frozen yogurt all liquid. When we told the woman at the front the machines don't seem to be working properly, I saw her tinkering with the machine but put her bare, uncovered , unwashed hand directly onto the spout where the yogurt comes out. Honestly shocked this store doesn't have any health violations.

They opened up late and I still had to wait 10 minutes because they didn’t even have the machines on so everything was coming out as liquid!

Walked in and walked out. Pure filth. Half of the flavors were out. The ones that were available was straight water slush yogurt coming out. The floor was filthy. Yogurt every where. Bases of machine were disgusting. I’ve never in my life seen a business operate that way. What a shame. Used to be soooo good years ago!!!
HEALTH HAZARD! The posted nutritional info/sugar content on EACH dispenser is incorrect (compare to online documentation!) and grossly understates sugar content whether by design or by accident. Those counting their sugar intake beware!

16 handles has a great selection of frozen yogurt and toppings! They also have gluten free options which is important to us because we have a granddaughter who must eat gluten free. The service is great and place is clean. A favorite!

I observed how the staff was getting ready to close, ABSOLUTELY GROSS 🤮 as this person was cleaning and taking care of the register, picking up garbage, he was packing the gummies with his dirty bare hands. No gloves on and definitely not washing his hands in between one action and another. This place was one of my favorites to go to, no matter what season of the year it is. NOT ANYMORE!!

the location is very dirty, with leftovers from old ice creams, all the machines are not clean, there is no type of cleaning on the machines, and there are also broken machines; it is very poorly maintained.
