Store is under new management! Absolutely horrendous and is not the same. The owner has folks from NJ at this location and they own many other stores along NJ and NY!!!!!! I feel bad for the young employees working there. There's a guy there who I believe is the new manager just sitting on his laptop and phone doing NOTHING. Another random tall guy who just stands there doesn't greet anyone. WEIRD!! Original Manager Jerry was fantastic, always hands on and cared about the customers, and was CLEAN. What Happened?! Read a review below that the owner only cares about money? How about the COMMUNITY? What about the customers and the loyal ones who LOVED this place??? Just lost a customer. Very upsetting !!!

UPDATE 01/27/23: Looks like they finally got their act together. Clean and well stocked. Thanks!UPDATE 11/16/22: We just went because the website said they had sugar free strawberry. We went. Guess what? They haven’t updated the website in months, don’t plan to and they have no sugar free options.PLEASE SELL THIS LOCATION BACK TO THE ORIGINAL OWNERS. THEY HAD THE STORE RUNNING BEAUTIFUL. YOU GUYS ARE WRECKING IT.This place used to be incredible until they were sold to new owners that have very little idea how to run a 16 Handles. We just wasted a good 45 minutes running around picking people up, only to find out that there was no sugar-free yogurt which every 16 Handles has at least one of. There are certain standards that 16 Handles has in their franchise agreement and these guys are clueless. Please sell the store back to the old owners and restore the great frozen yogurt experience that used to be here. The one extra star is here because the one guy behind the counter is genuinely nice.

We visited this place for the first time and we selected vegan pumpkin spice and strawberry ice cream, it was so yummy. The staff is friendly, helped us kindly. The warm atmosphere place to visit with your friendly pooch
The place was clean and organized, even the sitting area was very clean. This was my first time visiting and I will definitely be back. the only down side was the Vanilla and chocolate were not working, but we found great alternatives. The toppings area was clean and organized and the staff on site was friendly. We were greeted when we walked in as well as when we left.

Not the same place it was a year ago. Over the last few month there is never a sugar free flavor (always a staple that changed flavors every week) and half of the toppings are missing. Total night and day change in quality. Not the “go-to” it used to be.

For the most part we never have any issues , but there have been times numerous machines were down at once. They have a great selection of toppings. The staff are always friendly and helpful and keep up with the traffic.
