Great food, but extremely frustrating that their hours and opening times are not consistent with what they list on google and on their storefront. Twice now I’ve driven all the way here and found the location closed during times when they list being open, with no announcement on their social media or signage/explanation on the door.

Empanadas are delicious. Great. Maybe pricy but good. Service is bad. The lady goes in the back. Dies acknowledge people coming at the door. Atleast she should screen from the back and say. Please wait I will be there. People come in wait and leave. Nobody come out to talk to them. Sorry. Someone need to do something. Lol.

The empanada was extremely cold when I bit into it. I told the store clerk, and they heated it up and gave me back the same empanada I bit into. I thought that wasn’t the cleanliness thing to do. I also didn’t really like the beef filling.

Uh these empanadas look delicious and professional made but taste regular plain. Beef and ham what i order. Beef needs cheese and seasoning. Ham and cheese more like cheese didnt even taste ham i just saw small pieces of it. I have a $15 llimit and i wasted $11 on these. Very disappointing.

By far the best empanadas I've had! Hearts of palm empanada! Yesss, such a variety. Now, the Argentinian chimichurri steak sandwich, wow. Tender, flavorful, where it's at.

That steak sandwich was off the chain!!!! Highly recommended if you haven’t been here yet you’re missing out the empanadas. I love that they were baked versus fried so you don’t get that grease taste afterwards.

What a wonderful find. These are the real deal. Very tasty, full of flavor and with many flavor choices. The staff was very helpful choosing the flavors and going over the many options in the menu.
Was really excited when I found out about this place. The first time I saw an Artesano Empanada was when I visited Spain a few months ago and was expecting this place to be the same. Not idea of the taste of food because didn’t even have the opportunity to try it. Got there and the system was down (normal, those things happen) I was waiting when this couple came in and ordered ahead of me when I was waiting and the cashier didn’t even ask me if I wanted something, I let it go. Then another couple walked in and the guy comes out again (same guy) and asked this new people for their order while I’m still standing there. Horrible customer service, food can be really “good” but service was really disappointed

We had such a great time here! The selection was extensive and each empanada was super tasty. The star of the show was the steak sandwich though incredible quality meat such great flavor. The staff was very friendly and informative, they made fresh juice too.

The chimichurri steak sandwich was absolutely delicious. The empanadas were also very very good. They were packed with meat but not too heavy. I would advise to not use wax paper on the sandwich if you get cheese as the cheese just gets stuck to the paper so I had like no cheese on the sandwich. But in either case food was absolutely amazing cant wait to go back!

Buffalo chicken is great. So is beef. Love the stamp on the empanadas so that I know what's inside.
Came from Queens NY to try these empanadas. The staff was very nice and polite. I ordered 8 empanadas 4 ham & cheese ,2 cheese, and 2 chicken. Till my disappointment when I get home I only got 6 empanadas . I guess this may be a problem here because I also read that it happen to someone else. If you decide to eat here please count your empanadas before you leave. Btw the empanadas were pretty good.
