Was there over the weekend to get a free pretzel (offer I got from T-Mobile). The person at the cashier told me that at we have to buy something to get the offer (which wasn't mentioned on the offer.... I have asked the person to provide me with the manager's number and she refused. From there they stopped ignoring me.. very disappointed and very poor customer service. I still love the pretzel at Auntie Anne's but would never make a visit again to this Auntie Anne's who lies and ignores their customers.

Was so excited to hear about Auntie Anne's opening next to Shop Rite. Would definitely be a treat especially food shopping however every single time I stop in, something is always wrong. Either it's 11:10 on a Sunday and they are still not open, almost 12 and still don't have pretzel dogs and at least 15-20 mins to make, the is never any ice tea or like last Sunday at almost 1pm the credit card machine wasn't working and still nothing made but one or two pretzels. The Sunday crew is usually not looking thrilled to be there and needs to speak a little louder.

I've tried to eat here at least 3 times. Each and every time I was told there was a minimum wait time of 15 minutes. I tried at 10 am when they opened, at 1030 am -a half hour after they opened, and again at 4pm. These were all on various days. It would be nice if they actually had the food ready for customers who are willing to pay.

Every time I am at the Westchester Mall, I always make a trip to Auntie Anne's. Typically varies from meh to good depending on how fresh the pretzels are out of the oven. This particular visit, we ordered some mini pretzel hot dogs (pictured below) and some cinnamon sugar mini pretzels. Both were nice, warm, and soft. The cinnamon sugar mini pretzels were a little too sugary, but I'm not going to complain about that when it comes to comfort food.

The pretzels are good most of the times. Other times I've gotten plain bread minus what I ordered. This should never happen especially when the pretzels are over priced.

i love the pretzels at auntie annes but if you happen to visit on a sunday then make a u turn and go one level down to the food court instead . the smell always gets me on line and on a friday early afternoon the wait is minimal . i am really simple, a large pretzel with no salt with a lemonade frozen drink which will give me some heck of a brain freeze and i am a happy camper . they have a bunch of flavors and dipping sauces as well and pretzel dogs on a stick which i didn't care for as the dog was not cooked or baked well enough . the pretzel nuggets which are bite size are delicious but do get too saturated with butter or salt at times . one of my guilty pleasures when visiting the galleria .
This place is now under new management and you could definitely tell. I brought pretzel nuggets and there was hardly any salt on them. It was just bread. Auntie Anne's was my go to after I go shopping at the mall. After all these years of going there. I will not be going back!

Based on the pretzels and products I would give this a four. I have come to this location so many times at the westchester mall. I am down grading it because I had to pay cash. Now I don't mind paying when I credit card machine is down and they need to get someone to fix it. These things happen. But the sign being used was very elaborate and fancy. This tells me that there is no rush to fix the machine. If a credit card machine went down and you were scrambling to get it fixed you would use a black sharpie and write the message on the back of a piece of paper. I hope that when I return the machine is fixed and I can adjust my score back up to a four. Customer service should be taken more into consideration.
