i visited this baskin robbins in white plains to grab a ice cream birthday cake and overall visit was ok and nothing special. the ice cream cakes are overpriced but the guy behind the counter added the name of birthday boy on cake without any extra charges .the selection of ice cream is kinda limited to what i normally see at most baskins in the past but the prepacked pints have the most popular flavors including my fave parlines and cream. its ok but i prefer the carvel ice cream cakes and pies but this time its not up to me. overall 3 stars on my yelp meter as ice cream cake was not that bad.

Horrible service portions are a joke which I guess I can understand these days. There selection is horrible as well. The girl helping me didn’t look like she wanted to be there. I ordered 4 double scoops of ice cream and the cups were half full. Then she left them on the counter and handed me a bag. If gas wasn’t so expensive I would have driven back. I will never ever go to this location again. I wish I could have given them negative stars!!!! Hopefully the manager sees this review.

My family ordered four cups of ice cream in four different flavors. Only one thought that it was fine. Two found their cups icy. One thought it tasted bad, but to be fair, he wanted vanilla, but they only had low fat vanilla. We're going to stick to Carvel.
