This was my first time going to this establishment. I dined in and the service was quick. I ordered the barbecued chicken wings, fries, shrimp Shumai and black milk bubble tea. The food was good. The shrimp shumai was lightly fried. It can be a bit pricey.I liked that the cutlery was in a dispenser and you could only touch the handle of one.I would recommend it and would go back.

I came to Bonchon Chicken Restaurant because I really wanted chicken! When I came, the atmosphere, service, and taste of the store were all completely changed! Especially the chicken taste... It was so delicious. My mouth is still watering. Not only that, but the rice cakes were so delicious! If you read my review, be sure to come and have a delicious meal! Thanks to you, I had a happy dinner~~

I usually don’t have anything bad to say about Bonchon, however this evening I purchased the 8 pc wings with Soy Garlic Sauce and an order of 6 boneless wings. So as soon as I arrive to Bonchon the guy in the front hands me my orders. I decided to take a look at the wings and immediately noticed that there wasn’t enough sauce which I then purchased an extra sauce for exactly $1.03. Then once I get home, I noticed that these wings that I paid $15 for, were not double fried because they were still soggy and raw! I am disappointed because with the amount of money that was spent!

Not to my liking.I went here because I am a frequent patron at another store in the franchise (Hartford) which I like very much. But this location had a very different menu. What they sold me as "bibimbap" was NOT bibimbap. Too sweet. Odd mix of vegetables. No thank you. Some may like this, but it is not for me.

We had previously ordered takeout from this location multiple times and the drumsticks, wings and boneless chicken were fantastic, but yesterday we ordered the chicken sandwich and it was one of the worst I have ever had. Do not order this item expecting it to be the same quality of chicken as the drumsticks, wings and boneless. The sandwich basically had a couple of blocks of rubbery chicken, probably frozen and microwaved, on a bun with an awful aftertaste that made me nauseous. It was very upsetting because we had loved this place up until this experience. I just hope that the only problem was they use a different kind of chicken for the sandwich and now I know never to order that again, rather than their standards and quality overall have already gone downhill.I would have given them four stars based on the previous orders, but one star this time, so I will give a two overall for now.

I came in before 4pm today for a pick-up I placed and there were two cashiers, one female cashier which was finishing up an order and a guy placing an order into the pickup counter. I was the up person up, after being looked over by both cashiers for approximately 5 minute. I made a hand gesture and asked was I suppose to stand somewhere else for service ... very annoying and disrespectful not to acknowledge a person waiting. Do better.

I ordered food for my team, and picked up as they didn't deliver to where we were, and i was supposed to get larger fries, well really two sets the chicken was so so, doesn't carry well for 19 min ride, it was all messy when opening etc.. very disappointed, considering i spent $220.

Excellent Korean bbq, wings were great plus the beef tacos. Only got 4 stars as it's fast food

Ordered 6 pieces boneless and for almost $10, got pitiful quantity where most of the chicken is really just bread. For an idea, look at picture vs pepper package. The order comes with 2 complimentary sauce and a side of coleslaw. Staffs are friendly but for this price, rather just buy a row of bread or a bag of frozen tenders. Was and is still a fan of Bonchon but not sure what happens at this location.

Saw Instagram adds. Looked enticing, underwhelmed and a little pricey.Ordered the chicken wings, fries, boneless wings, tacos, Pork buns, Bubble tea. Total for 3 was over $60Chicken wings were ok, the fries were too salty, boneless wings were over cooked and dry, Tacos a little pricey but ok, Pork buns - (3 for $14!) pricey and not worth it, Bubble tea, just liquified sugar basically.Store is basically take out with about a dozen tables to eat in. Bathroom was clean. Cashier was polite and helpful. Parking - metered street parking if you can find it or use one of several nearby parking structures for a price.

Food is alright, nothing to write home about. The bonchon atmosphere is gone and the server didn't check my back before handing it to me. They forgot a family side, which would have been half the meager meal.Lacking in service, atmosphere, and food quality. Would love to see them get a proper bonchon restaurant in the area.Parking: Delivery and takeout cars illegally block the right lane so stay left to find metered parking.

I've walked by Bonchon any number of times, and today was the first time it wasn't very crowded (I passed by at an off hour, 2:30ish, well past lunch, well before dinner), and after taking a minute to review the menu in the window (which I'd never done since it's right next to window seating that's always ocupied, and it felt a little creepy to look at it while people are right there) I saw that they had several items on the menu that sounded good, at competitive prices. Plus, I was hungry. So I figured, new year, try new things. And in I went. having looked at the meu in the window, I ordered the 5 piece chicken strps, fries, and a diet pepsi. Yes, it sounds like food you can get anywhere. But the server was polite, rang up the order perfectly, answered my questions about sauces, and made the intial meet very pleasant. Order placed, I was given an order number, went to a table, and waited for my number to be called. Well, they don't call your number. When orders are ready, they're placed on trays, and brought to the table by a server. Within less than 5 minutes, my food came to my table, and...it was as good could hope for, and better than most would expect. The chicken strips are fresh (maybe a little on the well done side, but not overdone) 0with a thin, crisp seasoned kight coating of bread crumbs. The french fries are frozen, but good quality. While the chicken strips don't compare to my all time favorite of Ranch One, there are virtually no more Ranch Ones, and these are better than anything else I've had at any quick serve restaurant in the lat 10 years. They offer a variety of sauces, but given I try to avoid sauces with a lot of sugar, I settled for ketchup for the strips and the fries, and that worked out fine. I am still trying to find someplace that delivers boneless fried chicken at the level of Ranch One, but while looking, this is the best I've found to date on that quest. And that's saying a lot.
