Never any hosts to seat people when you walk in. The wait to be acknowledged is 10+ minutes, workers look at you then continue about their way. When seated with dirty menus, it takes 10+ minutes for a waiter to show up. Good luck getting someone's attention if you need something during your meal because the workers look miserable & don't pay attention to their tables. Order was incorrect: wings were cold, and fries were soggy. & they weren't busy!! Terrible service & won't be back again.

This was unbelievable. I walked in and waited 10 minutes for someone to seat me. After waiting another 10 to be waited on, I sat for 35 minutes before someone came back to my table after getting my food. Unbelievable. No workers anywhere. 1 person behind the bar. Watched people come in and wait 15 minutes + to get seated. Never coming here again.

Terrible service, the staff were all huge and I am not surprised as they all seem to evolve over time from working at this place with a vault full of chicken wings. This place needs to be revamped and needs a new HR staff. I asked to split the check 4 ways and they said no. We asked for straws when there were 4 of us and they threw 6 on the table without care. They were so inconvenient that they charged us $1.50 for sauces we didn't even ask for. This place is terrible and would never recommend.

the waitress I had was very rude and snarky with me. had to ask for the check in when we did she mimic us. when we were seated, the table was soaking wet, and I asked for napkins, and she made me do it myself. charged us for sauce that we didn’t even ask for. asked to split the bill into four and said no to us. said have a good day and she said i know i will.
Worst waitress ever!!!! Table was drenched and through the napkins on the table making us clean it up. Freezing where we sat. Just horrible!!

HORRENDOUS!! We actually walked out. Over a half hour after being seated, no menus, no drinks, no waitress not even a passing glance. After the table next to us, who arrived 15 min after us had gotten the attention of a waiter my wife informed the waiter we were there first. He told us "I ain't your waiter". We got up put on our jackets and began to leave. I suppose it was the manager that came up to us and apologized. I told him we would find a place that appreciates my business. The place was not busy, just horrible service. Needless to say, I won't be back....and I'm not filling out a form to let you know your restaurant sucks. Read about it here, your restaurant sucks. Do better or I promise many more slow nights for you and your staff.

Went in tonight for Super Bowl , was packed but the wait wasn’t so bad , about 30 mins. We were able to get good seating and the customer service from the host tonight was very helpful and professional ( short guy). Meal was good but food that was ordered all together came out separately, our appetizer came out last as well ordered French fries with wings and the fries came out well after the wings did. Cold wings = :(

The manager at this location is a lying piece of garbage - whoever was on duty at 9:15 pm on 2/11/24. He lied to the Grubhub representatives and said that my order was ready for pick up - meanwhile he rudely told me my order was not in the system and it was my fault!. What a rude character to represent your brand!SHAME ON YOU!
