The servers here are slow and simply never know what is going. after almost 30 minutes explaining our order to them- they send it wrong. This place has gone down so much! They give you whatever they want. Do yourself a favor and walk over to AMS cafe that is 3 mins away, Much better place and really nice people!

From the moment I walked in, the staff, especially our server, was incredibly amable and welcoming. Their genuine friendliness immediately set a relaxed and enjoyable tone for the meal. What truly sets Cafe Veracruz apart, however, is their blazing-fast service without compromising on quality. Our food arrived incredibly quickly, piping hot and perfectly prepared. Every dish was bursting with authentic flavors, clearly made with fresh ingredients and a lot of care. The portions are generous, and the presentation is always appealing. This place disappoint everytime i go, missing avocado in the sandwich often, This time i order a Torta al pastor, at the moment to pick up i request some spicy sauce on the side and some mayonnaise, the waitress who attended said in a rude way, all the sandwich come with sauce inside if you want more is a dollar each one. My surprise in home, any sauce at all on it and i was missing the avocado and instead mexican chesse they put a cheap american chesse. I recomend everybody pick up food, open and check your food. Very bad service and preparation. Next time i will go better to El Poblano.

I tried the pork taco ? and menudo tripe. Kinda pricey for a small container of stew soup $11. Meanwhile the cashier told me it’s only $8 but the waiter corrected him. So I don’t know ??♀️. One taco ? cost $4. The food is fresh and tasty but on a bit salty side. Glad they gave me a bunch of lime ? ? ? ? ? wedges that helped
