Celina , besides of being one of the nicest person I ever meet is a great professional and wonderful confectioner!She is very creative and her Brazilian chocolate truffles, called Brigadeiro are the best of Westchester County and New York State. All sweet recipes she does are handcraft with a touch of love and dedication, that's why her pastries are so delicious!I highly recommend!
