Service was super slow around lunch time, noon. Ordered one of the lunch specials; lo mein and it came with a egg roll and pork fried rice. The portions were generous but it honestly lacked flavor. Price was $9.95, I guess thats reasonable for white plains but honestly I won't be back. It wasn't worth the wait and I ended up throwing half of it in the garbage because it just wasn't satisfying. I hate to waste food but I refuse to force myself to eat something that isn't good.
Delivery driver is disgustingly rude and demands to be tipped. I will never spend another dollar in this place.

Person who picked up the phone was rude and not understanding with my situation. I lost my voice this past weekend so it’s raspy and I tried explaining and they hung up on me because of it. Thankfully the other Chinese food place was understanding about it and had no problem hearing what I ordered. Don’t waste your time with them

The food is great but the female who takes the orders over the phone for delivery has a stink attitude. Her customer service skills are off and I will be calling the BBB on this matter.
I ordered a large shrimp, fried rice and two shrimp rolls, and they gave me a pork fried rice, large, including two pork rolls when I clearly said right in front of the face what I wanted and I ended up paying for it I didn’t check it because I trusted them and I had to go home I rush with my wife they need to get their customer service correctly

Customer service is lacking. Online portal charges and doesn't go to them and then I have to fight to figure out how to credit my account through the bank. They just suck all around.
Worst customer service ever!! I asked for my rice to include more soy sauce and sugar and she told me no. When I asked how come she can't cook to order she told me to go elsewhere. Here is my zero stars - literally if I could I would. Also, the beef sticks were too well done they weren't edible. Couldn't believe the don't want your business customer service. That is not okay.

In the mood for no fuss, no frills, affordable Chinese take-out? This is the place! We placed an order for pick-up on their website, which was easy, with the option to pay at the restaurant. The employees working there were friendly and attentive. We did not stay to eat in the restaurant, but from a first glance, it had tables, seating, and was clean. You can tell that the restaurant is a bit aged, but it is well maintained. We ordered hot and spicy (their version of hot and sour) soup, dim sum, chicken fried rice, crab rangoon, and orange chicken. Everything was delicious and comforting, exactly what you expect from Chinese take-out. Because we had to wait (not long, it was maybe 5 minutes), they gave us a free eggroll, too. All in all, when the craving for take-out hits again, we'll definitely return.

My employee is sick right now because of the food today 5/18/2023 He had the chicken and shrimp fried rice which appears to be 2 days old. The overcharged him at $13 when it should have been 9.75 maybe even 10. I am the new community manager in White Plains at Hamilton Crossing.
