I usually order delivery, but we were nearby and decided to order in-store. When I arrived, the person at the counter informed me they were only accepting online orders. He would not take my order unless I sat down and ordered online. This is absolutely absurd - 2 humans in front of eachother with a counter of food and I have to use a phone to place an order. I use my phone for everything, but this makes no sense. I left without placing an order

Gave me spicy chicken and charged me way too much for a small burrito, also looks messy inside.

Food is fine, normal chipotle. Service has to be the worst I’ve ever gotten at a chipotle. Always takes forever and the staff are always nasty

This place gives chipotle’s a bad name. I live close by so I often come by and here’s the list of issues:

1) they consistently open 15-20min late
2) they constantly run out of food (no chicken, no rice, etc)
3) they don’t have any napkins or silverware out it’s all hidden away
4) they moved the express pickup behind the counter and then ignore you when you stand there waiting - why order ahead if you can’t pick it up without waiting?
5) constantly late in order ahead orders (food ready at x time arrive 5-10min later and takes another 10-15min)

Shrinkflation hit this location hard. If you enjoy paying more for less, this is the place for you.

My experience at Tarrytown chipotle is awful , every time it’s attitude from the workers . There’s something missing every time. Listen never in my life i would think i would be complaining about this on a website but this place shouldn’t even be open if this is how they treat Humans . yes humans . When i order online especially a burrito it’s small compared to coming in and ordering it yourself . Today i walked him and of course there’s missing meat so i politely ask “ how long would it take “ and the worker said “i don’t know “ and looked at me like i am responsible for it . I don’t even work at chipotle and i know that when meat or something is low the cooks make it in the back right away so they can avoid the waits . but nope this time no one in the back was doing anything and just kept drinking there chipotle cups texting on there phones . I even get attitude when asking how long. The place is run by children and slops that show no care what’s so ever and do the bare minimum. The amount of times i’ve ordered through the app and they mess up my order so i would have to drive all the way back.

All chipotles have turned into sorry excuses for food establishments but this one is bar-none, the worst. Add 15 minutes to your mobile order pickup times. I’ve been on my last straw with every chipotle location but Tarrytown consistently pushes me over the edge. Mobile orders are always delayed, and they are often out of stock of basic items like CHIPS, CHEESE, CHICKEN. I don’t know whether it’s more the corporate or local management but I am done with chipotle.

I understand the low review. My experience here at the Tarrytown Rd location was not great (no supplies, black beans too spicy, rice was dry and undercooked, guacamole tasted and looked like leftovers from yesterday, chicken dry). Tables appeared filthy. I ate in my car. Two stars for the semi friendly staff. I recommend the Dobbs Ferry location which I’m satisfied with.

I hate leaving bad reviews but something needs to be said. The people they have working there can't even make a burrito. I got a 15 dollar burrito that fell apart in my lap because it was open on both ends. And I asked for little sour cream and got a mountain. Also the girl at the cash register was talking to friends while I waited to pay completely ignoring me.It was really really bad. Maybe the owner of this franchise should spend more time trying to fix things instead of hiring people that don't wanna be there.
