Chipotle has gone down hill. But this was the worst experience at a Chipotle ever. The food was just nasty tasting. The barbacoa was undercooked with a horrible taste. The soda i got from the machine tasted like cigarettes.. very unpleasant. I'm done with chipotle... the chips and guacamole was ok. That was it.

So like the food is good but they rush you. They wouldn't give you the time of day here if you asked. Also seemed messy and unorganized. Beware of parking out front you will get a ticket if you don't pay!

Poor chipotle. Ordered for pickup. Order was not ready until 20 minutes after stated pickup time. Order was also missing items because the restaurant stopped making them for the night. This was two hours before the restaurant was scheduled to close. Always a mess, always out of ingredients, and understaffed/slow

I don't know how this place is still in business. Every time I walk by here it's such a mess inside the dining area. I didn't want to eat in here but my friend did so I went inside with him. I didn't get anything because once again the dining area was a mess and the area they serve the food was a mess. They have young kids working in their and it's very unsanitary looking. They were short on all their items. My friend wanted some peppers and all they had was dried up bits at the bottom of the barrel. They said they couldn't get any more from the back. That's ridiculous that you don't replenish your items.

The manager, Nattalee, has amazing leadership skills with the employees, making sure the store is sanitary while still maintaining great customer service!! Love her and wish her the best. Thanks Nattalee! Food was amazing and wait time was minimal. I would highly recommend this location to anybody who is in the area.

I found avocado stem which is not edible and almost broke my tooth
Came in today to get a salad, and when i got home and started eating my dinner, there was plastic in my food. This is very unsanitary, threw away my whole meal. This has to be the worst location I’ve been to.

This is the worst Chipotle location I've ever eaten at. I live close y and have visited this location multiple times and there are frequent disappointments. At one time, I ordered delivery and got barely any food and no protein in my burrito bowl. At other times, I've had pico that had gone bad, guac that had been left out too long, undercooked rice. On my veggie bowl, I was offered burnt bits of peppers during peak hours. I tried to forgive some of these experiences as singular events, but there is a disappointing pattern that I cannot ignore. This place is poorly run and has no standards for food quality.
