I recently placed a order today for pickup , and luckily my colleague offered to pick up my order. As he reviewed with a team member my order, upon me receiving my order items were missing. They offered to return to pick up the items missing which was my reward item that was missed and a bag of chips. Upon his arrival the team member was rude and not believing my items were missing. We don't work in walking distance enough to waste gas and mileage for a guac and chips to gain an incentive for something free. IDK if its because my colleague is of color who came to retrieve an missing item . No apologies to my colleague for an item missed by the team member. I felt this was unprofessional of the team member who was not understanding, but rush him out and handed the missing items.

I was really disappointed with my recent order from Chipotle. The food arrived cold, and the red chimichurri sauce that was supposed to be on the side in two containers wasn’t sealed properly—it spilled all over the bag, making a mess. On top of that, the steak had bay leaves still in it, which should have been removed after cooking . Overall, a very disappointing experience.

idk why people r expecting some restaurant type stuff this is chipotle, it’s consistent and reliable and tbh found it good as heck, lowkey the carne asada sucked , which is a issue for all branches not just white plains, anyway, they packaged my order well, had a big bag and gave me an extra tortilla too

Look at the door says closes at 10pm. Go in 9pm get food told to go outside and eat because their closing and need to clean at 9:15pm owner do you know they close one hour early on a SATURDAY NIGHT? I ask the girl I just paid 25 dollars you can clean around us we won't leave a mess. No leave now. Should be fired for kicking costumers out 45 minutes early when they door clearly says closes at 10pm

honestly everytime i come here i get more and more disappointed each time.took 5 min for an employee to even look over at the people waiting for online orders. on top of that, today was the first time i been asked to show them the order on the app, which is understandable bc i know sometimes people try to steal food, but i gave her my whole name and showed her the order but because she couldnt see the name on the app she wouldn’t give me my food. so i told her well idk where to find it, if you can find it even better and shes like well im not sure and starts scrolling on my app. okay so then if you dont know, how would i? so i pointed to the bag w my name on it and told her it was that one and she still expected me to wait for her to figure out how to view the name on the phone. another employee came and handed me the bag with absolutely no problem. he is the one star on this review lol. they keep hiring teenagers who don’t even know where they are standing, much less know how to talk to people for real. as someone who works in customer service, that is wild.

The employees are incompetent and can’t follow simple instructions. How can you mess up fast food when the order is right in front of you and it contains simple ingredients. Management is a joke and non existent. A blind person can read the order and prepare it better than the current staff.

PEOPLE EXPECT THEIR SERVICES TO BE MET SPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE SPENDING YOUR HARD WORKING MONEY ., people at chipotle White Plains on main st.. not a good look. I ordered what I ordered and got the opposite of what I paid for! That is horrible service, I don’t care what time you are closing and people are trying to leave and GO HOME! That’s the job you chose! DO YOUR DAMN JOB AND READ! Have integrity while you are at it too! You guys have bad reviews and I see why.. Your store has 3.8 stars. That is horrible, do better, chipotle in White Plains on Main Street. Never eating here again. Once you guys do better.. I will think about eating there again.

Probably the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Rude employees, dirty dining area, and poor food quality. I ordered on the app only to wait 25 minutes for the food to be ready and for it to be wrong. The steak was cold and they barely gave any steak for two bowls that cost us $30. Close this location all together, it gives chipotle a bad name.

Dustin, you’re the one star of this sad burrito story. My burrito was so pathetically small, I thought I ordered a vegan burrito by mistake. Dustin’s portion control on the chicken was an absolute crime more like a sample serving of a piece chicken that one would get at Costco . I’ve seen tacos with more ambition. This wasn’t a burrito; it was a wrap of disappointment. Dustin, you’re a pathetic excuse for a burrito maker, and I’m still hungry. Do better Dustin people are looking forward to these burritos and all you do is disappoint them and hurt them!!
