Many people have told me that they find hair in their food. Today I bought seven tamales, four of them had hair, totally disgusting. The people who serve are not at all cordial, they should have some customer service classes.

I ordered two cakes from here the first one was very nice and delicious. The cake I ordered for my own birthday when I came to pick it up they had no idea what happened to my order and tried to give me a cake off the shelf I didn’t want. Then I told them I can come back an hour later and the lady told me it would be ready in 15 mins. I had other things to do also and didn’t really have extra time to sit and wait. No apology no accountability. Never again will I order here clearly not reliable with orders and I don’t want a rushed cake for $56. Then when I got the cake it was ugly. Disgusting customer service.

We love this bakery! Everything we have ever bought there has been delicious. For my daughter's birthday we ordered a strawberry shortcake and it was amazing. Loved by everyone at her party! For my birthday, my husband ordered a flourless chocolate cake and it was one of the best cakes I have ever had...10/10. We also love their empanadas, challah bread, cookies and more! We always receive nothing but the kindest and most welcoming service. Highly recommend!

The staff, rather the owner, is used to treating customers badly. He always has altercations with people who go shopping. I'm never coming back. Look at the video where one of your clients goes crazy, just because I went to the car to bring my wallet to pay for a $7 purchase!!!!! Crazy to think that I was going to go, where do you think this lady lives??? No more!
Horrible service! The young girl on the front doesn't treat people with respect and also doesn't recognize when she makes a mistake and gives the wrong items. I complained that she forgot to put a bread on my bag, and she said she would review camaras and took a week to do that. I had the opportunity to talk with the person in charge, but still, the problem persisted without the patience to listen to what had happened. I have been customer for years but it's annoying this people's attitudes persist. They have to learn how to work with people that goes hand to hand whith the business.
