Delicious Peruvian desserts, no questions about it; but it was the worst service and atmosphere I’ve ever experienced. Angry and unprofessional personnel, it seems those people had had a bad day in their homes and they blamed on us.

All food is really good and recommended 100%... My only thought and it could just be me... Some attendants could be super friendly, but others could make you feel uncomfortable... The place is so good that there could always be a wait...even over the phone.

This Is Absolutely Not Acceptable…!!!!!! Why Would A Business Hire Such Rude And Low Grade Of Employees That Performs So Poorly?!? I Was Hardly Served By An Employee Named Beta Or Betty!!! She Was So Dry.. Rude.. Yet Unprofessional. Why Is This Person Is The Face Of Customer Service? Are The Owners Blind? Deaf Or Confused? I Will Certainly Take My Business Elsewhere Where I Am Welcomed.. We All Work So Hard For My Money To Waste It On Such Establishment.

The older lady who works here is consistently rude. Every time I visit, she gives me an attitude and responds in a very unpleasant way when asked for help. It makes the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. On top of that, many of the items they sell are noticeably overpriced. Unfortunately, this has made me reconsider coming back. She should get terminated right away.

Wonderful bakery where delicious pastries, cakes, ice cream cones and cups, sorbets, seasonal baked items (such as the pictured Easter breads) and empanadas (at times) are prepared and sold with a friendly demeanor. I believe the store has been in operation for 10 years now. We love it.

Today, Saturday July 5th around 5:30 pm and 5:39 pm I visited this store and bought one combinado (mazamorra and arroz con leche), 2 empanadas, and one fruit tart. The person at the front desk, the cashier, charged me $24 and some cents, and didn't give me my receipt, I returned 2 hours later and I bought a budin, @ $4.36, she charged me 4.50, that was ok, again I need to request my receipt, just in case, but the problem was my other receipt, she couldn't find and told me they're going to call me Sunday or Monday bc need to check the cameras and give me my receipt... so, I'll wait to see what will happen...
One of the girls at the desk has a specific attitude (more pleasant and welcoming) to a specific crowd, and she is nasty when it comes to handling Latino customers. When you correct them on giving out the wrong amount of change, they get extremely offended and will treat you terrible the next time you shop there. Being Latino owned, it shows what ignorant type Of people work here that have no idea that you treat every customer with the same respect that you want. Just because someone corrected you on giving them the correct amount of change back, isn’t a reason for them to be nasty.

I have gone in to the bakery many times and have made many purchases…despite the attitude that the older lady at the register always gives me. I never let her bad energy get to me…today, however, was the first time I let her know how rude she was and asked her for my money back. I don’t think I will ever buy from them again. It makes me sad because their bread and cakes are very tasty. I’ve had enough.

El peor servicio de mi vida, los pasteles podrán ser muy ricos pero el trato al cliente de lo peor, fue la única en la tienda con una compra de $63.12 y mientras me atendían se empezó a formar la línea solo en ese momento la sra. me trató mal a mi y a 2 clientes más, es el colmo.
Los cakes cuestan $50 pero en el recibo sale $52 y los taxes lo cobran sobre los $52 saquen su cuenta por cada cliente, es un robo a mano armada
