16.00 for the saddest half chicken I ever saw no rice or sides just a chicken. But it wasn't a half chicken it was 2 small drums and 1 chicken thighs cut into 2 pieces. No breast or wing. Not a have chicken if theirs no breast. It's a 3 pc dark. Dishonest and total rip off

Got delivery from here that included a few different items, everything was authentic tasting except for the "Jerk" Wings... they were really more like sweet and sour sauced wings, minus any authentic jerk seasoning. I haven't tried their jerk chicken, but I hope that the chicken is actually jerk spiced and grilled and not whatever jarred sauce they put on the wings!

I placed an order at Cravin for catering they had canceled my order the day before my event. The reason for cancellation was because they said I made too many requests. I requested not a lot of salt, less gravy in the pan so they don’t overfill which has happened in the past my pans were leaking and to make the meat tender. I was told that the chef was offended and the owner was also offended. I pleaded with the owner to not cancel my catering order, but he refused to service my event. I would not recommend craivin catering ordering from this place. The owner is untrusty sensitive and disrespectful. If you are spending hundreds of dollars on food, you should be able to make a request mind you the requests were very well done in a respectful manner. The event was for my baby’s birthday party, what wicked people would cancel food for a baby? What goes around comes around.Yes I requested a discount but who doesn’t requests discounts ? I am not rich. I have ordered from these people before with no complaints, never again.

Food is really good but the cabbage is to crunchy and needs to be softer. Otherwise I would give a 5. I’ve complained before, but they refuse to change

Cravin is my go to Jamaican restaurant while at work. It's always amazing never a fail. Breakfast is so yummy and lunch is amazing. Salmon with rice and peas amazing! Ackee and saltfish was great. Curry shrimp amazing as well! Pick up a homemade juice as well. You won't be disappointed Stop by and try it for yourself. I'm sure you will love it as much as me. 😋 Later guys!

I was having a really rough day today and decided to stop by this restaurant to order lunch to go. I ended up sitting at the restaurant for almost 2 hours on the phone crying about what I was going through. The young lady that took my order Wayna was cleaning the restaurant at the time. I got her attention and apologized for being in the restaurant for so long, breaking down, crying on the phone. She was very empathetic, understanding and her words to me were very encouraging. She was very genuine and she definitely made my day better. I will definitely be coming back because of her! People like her that make a difference matter and go a far in life.

The food was delicious but the customer service should be much better. Whenever you walk into an establishment, you should be greeted. It's manners.

I walked in and up to the counter. The lady at the just sat there on her phone. She knew I was standing there. Whether she was on break or not, taking orders or not, she still could've said something. Or, go hang out where you're not customer facing so we don't feel this way.

Honestly the food is not all that, I've had jamaican from several places and this is probably one of my least favorites. Jerk chicken wasn't spicy at all, a bit bland & dry. the rice with oxtail gravy was the only thing that saved it. Don't think i'll buy from here again.

I ordered the jerk chicken meal and jerk pasta for delivery and it was not good at all. They also put mash potatoes in my food that I didn’t order and extra sweet chicken which was generous even though I didn’t want that, but I would have appreciated if it was on the side instead of in my meal. Maybe this was a fluke seeing how high reviews are overall.

So I ordered a Large jerk chicken and my co workers ordered a small Jerk chicken. How is it they got three peaces of Chicken and I also got three peaces of chicken. We got the same amount of chicken, so basically I spent $4 more for more rice. I called and they have the nerve to say, because they had smaller pieces chicken they got extra but I told them they are all the same sizes as mine so I should of gotten 4 then if that is the case. Change the large Jerk chicken to more rice. Never again
