Classic, quintessential diner. Probably passed it 100 times going up and down the Ave before actually going in. Easily my favorite diner in the area. I usually get a basic breakfast, but the burgers are really good too.

August 2025 Update: Brunch at Dorry's with friends this morning. Eggs Florentine Benedict - Oh. My. Goodness! Perfectly poached eggs over freshly wilted spinach, light creamy hollandaise... perfectly seasoned. Unbelievably delicious!!! Can't wait to go back and order again.
Like home away from home. Dorry is always warm and welcoming. The food is home cooking, not mass-produced. Very, very good. Servers are delightful, quick, cheerful... eager to help. Always...

Cute, decent sized dinner in downtown White Plains. The walls are all decorated with celebrity photos like Marilyn Monroe, Bruce Springsteen, Elvis etc so it's a fun vibe. The servers are very kind and attentive, we sat at the bar too but it did take 40+min for our food to come out. The food was very delicious and tasty so I'm willing to come try again. Overall a good experience minus long wait for food.
