The most lovely employee works here by the name of AJ! I stopped by this morning to grab donuts for my vet visit today and she was so lovely, so kind and helpful. She’s also hustling back there! It was such a warm interaction I just thought she deserved some recognition. Thanks AJ!

I love duck donuts! Chen makes the most delicious random boxes. I never know what I’m gonna get, I love it! And my go to drink is the caramel macchiato, Caitlin(I hope I spelt it right 😬) is so sweet and always has a smile on her face. Highly recommend!!!

I usually have great experiences at the Westchester locations, but today I had a disappointing encounter. A young girl in a blue shirt was very short with me when I walked in, snapping that she needed time to make my order. When I said thank you, she didn’t respond and instead gave me a dirty look. Perhaps she was tired or just having a rough day, especially with schools closed and it being busier than usual, but the rudeness stood out since I’ve always received kind service here. I hope this was just a one-off situation.

The best place ever, honestly. Chen and the rest of staff were excellent and very pleasant. Friendly and easy to talk too !! I had a lot of questions especially since I have a coffee intolerance. They were willing to substitute and help me get my order together ❤️ 13/10 would recommend. If I lived closer, I would come more often. They also had really cute merch lol

Wow. Literally amazing. Went there at 6:58 pm right before closing anticipated old donuts and received HOT fresh heavenly donuts. The staff was great and the owner is an angel! Highly recommend. My kids gulped them in seconds and did not want to share!
I’ve visited this location several times, but I was disappointed during my most recent visit. I received an old, cold donut despite the fact that there were hardly any customers. It was 10:00 in the morning, and it was clear they had started to premake donuts in bulk. They had a bunch just sitting on the rack. When I asked why they weren’t made fresh, the staff member replied, “Oh, I just dropped fresh ones. You would have to wait.” Since when is it acceptable for donuts not to be made fresh? I ultimately requested a refund, and I’ll be sticking to the Mamaroneck location from now on.

Never been here before. Was looking for a little treat, i got the cookies & cream donut. I was not expecting the donut to be piping hot! Omg it was so delicious, i wish i took a picture but i didnt. Well definitely stop by again when i am looking for a tasty donut.

Allison and Lyra at Duck Donuts were so helpful and kind. I stumbled upon this place with a friend and we had to try. The donuts were nice even when having them later on in the day and it was fun to watch them get made in front of us. They have a variety of flavors and even had samples to try.
