The kids love duck donuts. We usually go to the one in Mamaroneck. This place had the donuts premade and cold on a Sunday. About 20 sitting in the hopper made. My kids complained that the donuts were not warm enough. I tasted and agreed. Nothing beats a hot cinnamon sugar donut for me. At $8.50 for two donuts and a coffee, a fresh made donut is expected.

Love the donuts. I wish I knew this place when I wasn't trying to lose weight. The variety of donuts is amazing, they are served nice and warm where they melt in your mouth. I'll be going back very soon. Customer service is great as well. Seen them deal with an idiot of a customer and they were so courteous although the customer was extremely rude and obnoxious.
Parking: Plenty of spots all over the mall the Duck Donuts is located at.
Kid-friendliness: Kids love the rubber duckies they have for purchase.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility parking, fully wheelchair accessible just might need someone to open the door.

The lady at the cashier was so annoyed as if I didn’t just pay $54 for 2 dozens. Not a hello not a smile. Not how can I help you? She mumbled “what do you want”. That’s not the kind of service you want to receive. We all have bad days but she was just annoyed with every question I asked. I was going to confront her but figured this route was better. The girl making the donuts was a ray of sunshine compared to the cashier.

This place is actually really good, especially the donuts and creations I had was amazing. I can't find a single complaint for literally anything the donuts tasted Delicious. Also, the shift leader, Briana, I hope I didn't misspell her name she made my day and showed great leadership and customer service skills. Honestly, I thought she owned the place the way she talked and took care of customers. Great job, and I really hope they recognize you for all your hard work because you're another reason why I will come back for years to come....keep up the good work and customer service, bria...

I had the chocolate icing. Heat the donut up for a bit and enjoy the pillowy softness. Best donut ever! I am bringing my whole family here.
