I’ve lived in NYC. For more than 30 yrs this is by far the first dunken that DONT follow instructions not only that who wants to eat a WHOLE bagel r we NOT!! Cuttin them anymore smh then wen politely asked gets attitude smh

The lady at the front that’s always there (she might be the manager )is always so rude and passive aggressive. I ordered online and when I went to pick it up it asked if they can add a little more mango pineapple on my refresher because it tasted bitter. I didn’t think it would be an issue to put a splash more. She gave the biggest attitude about it being very passive aggressive. I thought she had a bad day the last time I went and saw her but I guess she is just like that. I won’t be coming again I’ll be going to a different location from now on to avoid such a hostile environment.

I’ve been going there almost every morning now for about 6 weeks as it is close to my school. Nonetheless each and every single time the lady at the register has gotten something on my order wrong and each time I’ve tried to correct it the staff would be very rude and condescending about it each and every time. I understand food service can be a stressful job but that is no reason for such terrible customer service. They are rude and you can just tell that they don’t want to be there. I live Dunkin but this is by far the ONLY and worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to!

The manager is a very unpleasant person, he offers bad service and the girl in charge in the morning works All disheveled without combing her hair and I think she doesn't bathe

Visited this establishment recently. service was okay. this blonde girl with glasses was asking if i had seen her duck. i was slightly concerned for her wellbeing, as she showed me a picture of the duck and it was rubber. i said i haven’t seen it. there was also a beautiful lady twerking behind the counter. i asked if i could have the ice spice drink, and she told me they don’t have it anymore. i cried when i went home. drink and food was great. this was a disturbing visit. i loved it. i’m never coming back here.

I live close that area so we always buy donuts and coffee in that store but today I have experienced very upsetting and disappointment with the stupid staff.. I ordered iced coffee blueberry dunkin but they gave me black coffee iced coffee..so I complained then they gave me with creamier but no taste… I’m so disappointed and dissatisfied in their service..☹️☹️☹️ I left my no taste coffee in their counter… why these staff they don’t know what they are selling??????
I am extremely satisfied with the exceptional customer service provided by Dunkin' Donuts at this location. As someone who has specific preferences for their coffee, I am quite picky. However, this particular location consistently goes above and beyond to ensure my coffee is made exactly the way I like it.
