Curbside pickup is a waste of time, just one spot for curbside pickup out of already tight parking spot. Lady who worked here rudely complained for not parking at already filled curbside pickup spot after making me wait for a while. So my coffee and food was cold by the time it reached me.

I have gone to this Dunkin everyday after class for coffee. Not a single time has the older lady behind the register got my order right. I'm not ordering 20 things, I'm ordering 1 single coffee and she manages to mess it up every single time. She makes the order on a tablet by pressing 2 buttons, it should not be rocket science.

I don't have a problem with Dunkin Donuts, but I have a problem with the people that work there. I am not coming back after this final straw unless the staff is changed. The reason I come here is because I work up the road and it's convenient, but it's disappointing that they never get my order right and blame me for my mistake when I know exactly what I said and ordered. I don't think I've ever seen the manager with a happy face there when I come by once in a blue. She's really rude and has this stank face all the time when I come by and looks miserable. Sorry, but it's bad vibes and awful customer service.
