Moved here in 92 and been coming to this location for years. Marie at the windows has been rude for all the years I have been coming here. She spilled my drink at the windows, didn't even bother to clean it, then tells me in spanish to get out of her face after she tried overcharging me. THE OWNER OF THIS FRANCHISE SHOULD BE ASHAMED!! DO BETTER! I spend $50 here daily for me and my family and your workers and service is HORRIBLE!

On Monday 24th February 2025. I visited the Dunkin' Donuts store at 81 Knollwood Rd in Hartsdale, New York. After buying a tea, I discovered a rat dropping on the lid of my cup. When I brought this to the cashier's attention, she simply removed the lid and attempted to give me the same tea back. I expressed my concern, and she responded that was all she could do. She offered me a replacement tea but stated that a refund was not an option.

I was there this morning and was treated very poorly. What happened to treating the costumers the right way? This has become a reoccurring problem. The staff who takes the orders is very rude and arrogant. I even spoke to the manager, and she was even ruder. I will never ever go there again. I recommend people go home and measure how much coffee they're getting. Their cups are deceiving. Doesn't even fill my mug at home. And they keep jacking up their prices!!!!!!

Nice overall but have one complaint. When filling a mobile order, the staff places the orders behind the pickup shelf and never on the shelf itself. I felt like an idiot standing there for five minutes because I thought my order was not ready and meanwhile it was just sitting there behind the shelf in plain sight. Just put the filled mobile orders on the pickup shelf like every other Dunkin please!!!
