Waited in line for 5 minutes as the only one standing at the counter. 3 or 4 employees looked at me and did not even say a word, no one classed of i was being helped. Pretty bad business practices here, won't be going back

I love the girls at the window so sweet and the service is great, however whoever has recently been making the coffee in the morning has burnt it every day for the past week and a half.

Most incompetent staff for a Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Always gets the order wrong, slow and rude. Rather drive further than deal with drive through stupidity! Literally can’t get the toaster right it’s either not toasted or burned and covered with cream cheese to hide it. Ask nicely to exchange an error at drive through order and get an attitude.

This store shows online it opens at 5 am but when you go inside it looks like people just showed up to work. I am not sure why they would not change opening time to be 5:30 am or 6 am when they are actually ready to serve customers.

I live very close to this location and I have accidentally gone here a few times over the past 8 years. I have found their donuts to be stale, even when I go early in the morning on weekends.

I have also tried their donuts during lunchtime, and I also noticed that the donuts tasted stale.

Not only are their donuts stale in texture (dry and crumbles), but whatever oil they make thie donuts in taste old and rancid too often.

i got munchkins from here as a treat for my students, and they all took one, and then none of them went back for seconds.

In contrast, the DD in Scarsdale has donuts that are fresh.

The employees here are always acting like they are in over their heads (the girl making the box for the munchkins that I bought didn't close/fix the flap on the bottom of the box, and munchkins just fell out. When I pointed this out, she sighed, made another box, and dumped the munchkins from old box into the new box. She ALSO did not completely fix the bottom flaps of the box, so it was again gaping open and munchkin about to fall out. I sighed this time, and then turned the box sideways and then fixed the bottom flap, she saw me do this, but didn't even say anything).

Good coffee as usual, but the service at this Dunkin was horrible. Stopped by the drive-thru around 3 PM because the screen clearly advertised $3 Dunkalattes from 2–5 PM. Right as I ordered, the screen magically changed, and the employee told me the deal didn’t exist, that it was old, and refused to honor it.

When I mentioned what I saw, they gave me attitude instead of just explaining or being polite. It honestly felt like they were gaslighting me all for pointing out what was literally on their screen moments earlier. Super unprofessional and disappointing.

Moved here in 92 and been coming to this location for years. Marie at the windows has been rude for all the years I have been coming here. She spilled my drink at the windows, didn't even bother to clean it, then tells me in spanish to get out of her face after she tried overcharging me. THE OWNER OF THIS FRANCHISE SHOULD BE ASHAMED!! DO BETTER! I spend $50 here daily for me and my family and your workers and service is HORRIBLE!

On Monday 24th February 2025. I visited the Dunkin' Donuts store at 81 Knollwood Rd in Hartsdale, New York. After buying a tea, I discovered a rat dropping on the lid of my cup. When I brought this to the cashier's attention, she simply removed the lid and attempted to give me the same tea back. I expressed my concern, and she responded that was all she could do. She offered me a replacement tea but stated that a refund was not an option.
