Nice overall but have one complaint. When filling a mobile order, the staff places the orders behind the pickup shelf and never on the shelf itself. I felt like an idiot standing there for five minutes because I thought my order was not ready and meanwhile it was just sitting there behind the shelf in plain sight. Just put the filled mobile orders on the pickup shelf like every other Dunkin please!!!

Every morning prior to renovations this place seemed better and more efficient waiting on customers, now that renovations have finished it’s always a hassle, the ladies at the window just talk and play around with each other and take the wrong orders so you have to wait until they make it the proper way. There’s one every single morning at the window that shouts and conversates in her in her language to some other hefty broad, the one at the window has orange spots and has a terrible attitude no customer service or courtesy. What a nightmare to stop here in the morning just wake up early as I started doing make your own coffee and buy your pastry or donuts from the grocery store for the week it’s cheaper and you can actually get to where your going on time .

They just renovated this location however the people who work there are rude, unfriendly and never seem to know what is going on and quite frankly they don’t seem interested in helping the customers that come in.I have gone in there twice in one wk and will NEVER go back!The employees need customer service training to match the new renovated store.They have lost my business and I suggest you re-evaluate the customer training!

If zero was an option that would've been my choice for the poor service I received. I stood waiting for a few minutes until the children (employees) working were done conversing. Eventually a nice woman working the Baskin Robbins side came and assisted.

Went to Dunkin on 81 knollwood rd white plains ny on sat 3pm. Bought 6 boston cream donuts, when we got home they were all stale, they tasted like crusty bread.I would have returned them but my wife and I were not feeling well, and it was so cold outside. Bottom line, the management and staff could care less whether you received fresh doughnuts or not.
