Order a plan bagel with butter, simple right? but when it was time to eat my bagel, 10 min later, it was hard to chew and part of the bagel was stale. Had to throw it out.
drinks are wrong or watered down and the bagels, donuts, pastries etc are HARD AS A ROCK. do not waste your money here please go somewhere else

They make the food and coffee here proper. Sandwiches aren’t smashed and coffee is hot. You get yours and you’re on your way. They work hard here.

I do not usually come here but When I’m at work sometimes I stop by for a quick breakfast. The first time I came here I ordered the chicken wrap and they gave me a random croissant. They did apologize and gave me what i asked for. but after that any other time, I’m either getting stale donuts that are extremely hard and nasty or I am getting a random order that they say they don’t have & instead of informing me about it, They replace it with anything they feel like replacing it with, similar or not. Each time they replaced it randomly, I go back and tell them that this isn’t what I ordered very respectfully and they look at it and say oh we don’t have that and just give me my receipt back. I do not advise coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts, and this is really a hell hole & it needs to be shut down.

In this DD they always mess up my order and they are not clean ether the cold brew taste like water and they barely change the te bags for the ice tea and don’t order food from here anymore and some of the workers are are rude, this is place is getting bad
