Terrible experience, twice. Messed up the orders both times, very slow service, not personable staff and are not willing to assist. Would not recommend.

A disaster, the person who served me called in a bad way, I asked for Ice Coffee and he gave me hot??? When I told him to change, he wanted to charge me 1 dollar for each glass?????
HORRIBLE ? !!! please fire the people u have working they don’t speak English and are extremely rude and slow. Every single time they mess my order up bad and the drinks they make are disgusting. I rather drink toilet water.. 0/10 ?

Worst coffee shop ever.This Dunkin Donuts is the slowest place to go for coffee. I believe that DD slogan is ( American runs on DD).Oh well not in this place. I waited on line more than 20 minutes to get a flavorless cup of coffeePeople who work there should not work as baristasIf I could rate this place in a negative star's. I'll give them -5

If you order On the Go here, be prepared to wait a good 15 minutes. There is no organization and there are times where there are over a dozen orders waiting to be filled. The franchise manager Brad M. seems to not care anymore. The lead worker was keeping everyone working and was top notch. She has left and it's been downhill since.After going here daily for years spending at least $90 a month I left and went to Starbucks.

Ordered an ice coffee and it was too light for me , when I asked can I please get it darker he refused
