Worst coffee shop ever.This Dunkin Donuts is the slowest place to go for coffee. I believe that DD slogan is ( American runs on DD).Oh well not in this place. I waited on line more than 20 minutes to get a flavorless cup of coffeePeople who work there should not work as baristasIf I could rate this place in a negative star's. I'll give them -5

If you order On the Go here, be prepared to wait a good 15 minutes. There is no organization and there are times where there are over a dozen orders waiting to be filled. The franchise manager Brad M. seems to not care anymore. The lead worker was keeping everyone working and was top notch. She has left and it's been downhill since.After going here daily for years spending at least $90 a month I left and went to Starbucks.

Ordered an ice coffee and it was too light for me , when I asked can I please get it darker he refused
Coffee is alright and the food comes out pretty quick unless it’s the morning rush. Friendly service for the most part

Order ahead, Way ahead! Understaffed by a long shot. Owner has his email there to contact him but does nothing about it. DONT ORDER munchkins, mine were hard as rocks. Just had the stalest jelly donut, clearly not fresh at all. *I come to this location as it is across the st fron me, but most of the time I regret it, so if you have the choice, choose another location.The workers are hard working and so polite and I can assume extremely underpaid for how busy their mornings are.
