Poor attitude customer service sucks; what's wrong? These people feel like I am dealing with miserable people, as if the manager forced them to come in.

The best Dunkin is on N. Broadway in N. White Plains, NYThe crew is the best, "H" is awesome and his staff, I cant pronounce his name, remembers me all the time.

The breakfast is usually pretty good but lacks consistency sometimes. Still highly recommend. Great staff
Good coffee
Worst Donut. I asked for a avocado toast and got that. Came back to complain but no one was there even if was open. Waited for 10 min. Plis, the avocado smells bad, I couldn’t eat at all.
Bad. I ordered 2 bagel and guess what? I didn’t even get it. I ended up being late for my sisters tennis because of their HORRIBLE service and not having breakfast. And now I’m here with a headache.

They always get the order WRONG!Every time I get a simple bacon egg and cheese with a side of hash-browns, sounds easy, right? It comes back wrong. Well, this worker “Maria” can’t seem to get the orders right. Like today I asked for a bacon egg & cheese and got no cheese on it and it was slightly burnt, black around the edges. There’s 2 more incompetent workers and they all DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH, if they don’t know what you said, they’ll just add whatever they think you said. One time I asked for a bacon and cheese and I got a bacon and egg with no cheese. And half the time they always forget the hash-browns, it drives me mad, you have ONE simple job. I’m now forced to sit there and open everything up in-front of everyone to make sure it’s correct. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE!
