THEY NEVER GET MY ORDER RIGHT!!!!!! i order a chocolate glazed and vanilla donut. They gave me two plain donuts if you don't have THE FOOD I ORDER, the professional way is called the customer and say we don't have any and not me wasting time my damn money. Luckily i got refund.

The employee working the counter was slow to take everyone’s orders, allowed a friend to cut the line, and prepared our orders wrong.

This place received terrible reviews and I see why. The workers are rude, lazy and combative. Dunkin Donuts is aware (previous bad reviews) and clearly do nothing to improve the situation and continue to allow their customers to be treated badly. We went to this White Plans location for coffee. Not busy at all, we ordered 2 coffees and we were given coffee that was cold. Since it wasn't busy, that was odd so we told them, no apology but a grunt and gave us fresh coffee. Then I wait to go to bathroom. The door is locked and after standing, waiting for 5 minutes I knock but can't hear any response as music is playing in the store. After 10+ minutes of waiting, I ask the workers if they can check the bathroom. Before I can finish my question, an employee handed me keys, clearly knowing what I need. I asked why would you make me stand there waiting knowing I need a key? To which I get the excuse they are taking care of customers. Clearly all employees saw me standing there for awhile (the place is 5 feet x 5 feet wide) and there were no more than 2 customers in 15 minutes and clearly they are not busy working as the coffee was cold, the counters were sticky, messy and garbage overflowing. Once I fished I handed the keys back to which a large, tan skinned, bearded dirty looking employee charges at me demanding the keys. As I hand them, I calmly explained when they see someone standing near the bathroom and knocking on a locked door that means they need the bathroom and I was going to suggest they put a sign so that others don't endure what I just did. Before I can finish, I was not heard and interrupted with excuses and then he called me STUPID. I stopped and addressed it and he walked towards me and again, calling a customer names and cursing at me. The other 2 workers just stand there, staring at us, not saying anything.I cannot believe how badly and rude and lazy and disrespectful ALL the employees are in this branch. I strongly advise not to go to this establishment. They have rudest, most lazy and clearly troubled employees I have ever met in my life and if management knows this and allows this, it's clear they don't care about their customers!

Located in the food court, the cake donuts were ok, but the glazed munchkins were dry and obviously out far too long. They were generous on the count, but quality this time varied.

I would give this a 5 star today as the poor guy is always alone in handling the orders. The galleria is way to buys for one person to do this work. It's a great and convenient location for everyone but they need more help. It should take 30 minutes to wait for a cup of coffee!

This location needs to get better people to work here. Always lines.. they don't know how to fix any problems.. always an issue with your order.. this location needs an District managers approach because it's all going to hell...better training

Something about a growing generation of people that hate working. This location amongst its stale old food boasts a very rude woman that works at the register. I ordered a toasted corn muffin I did not know that meant burn it to a crisp muffin. A jelly donut that looked like someone licked all the sugar off of it was extremely slimy. Never again.

Always crowded and never enough staff. If you order off the Dunkin app and have more than two items, prepare for the order to be wrong. When you get there your order is never ready (add 10 minutes to when you think it should be ready) and then it's either on the "to go" table or behind the counter forcing you to wait on line, which defeats the entire purpose of the no-contact to go order.

It’s a very small shop, little space to breathe. If you’re claustrophobic, I don’t recommend visiting at all. It was empty once I entered, just 2 staff members chit chatting. I ordered a coconut+peach refresher (forgot what it was called) and frankly, it was bad. The after-taste was horrifying!!! It was more of an expired peach yogurt than anything. Hope this helped.

I order a very specific drink and each time they get it right, unlike other locations. The ladies are always friendly and the store is always clean. I just hate there's no drive-thru!

DISGUSTING INSIDE! I will never return to this location again. Inside was filthy. Papers and dirt littered the floor. They don't even clean up straw wrappers and napkins left in plain view... Behind the counter was packed with people. Yes you read that correctly - behind the counter there was way too many employees all on top of eachother. To top it off they have a mandatory mask rule in June of 2021. No thanks. I walked out before ordering and I won't be back.

Very slow. A lot of the time there's only one person but even with two I wait 5 minutes to order with no one in front of me, wait another 10 to get my order, and the food is still cold. Just get coffee unless you want to waste your whole lunch break.

The employees are quick and efficient. The hot chocolate that I got was perfect.

This Dunkin' was better than the one on Main Street around the corner. I had a bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin and it was delicious. My coffee was blazing hot. I just didn't understand why the garbage can is on top of the counter right next to it's sugar and things. That was my only issue when I asked her about it she just looked away and went to do her work.
