This particular Dunkin is pretty good as far as Dunkins go. That woman is seeing the picture of Sonia. She’s a sweetheart and has been there for a long time.Asim is a Bangladeshi young man who’s really nice and always gets the order right. My rating about the food is not based on this particular location, but Dunkin food in general. Definitely not on the top of the food chain! I like to do the Mobile orders which are usually ready when I come pick it up. But the high traffic times between 730 and nine can make you wait a little extra. I go for the hot decaf macchiato and coffee roll. They have these new almond croissants, which are nice. But it’s fast food, so you know what that’s like. In terms of the prices well it’s just as much as if not a little more expensive than Starbucks, which is surprising to me. I stay away from the rest of the food just because I think I’m not much of a microwave egg person.

I've been a customer at this DD for almost 15 years. Recently, for almost 2 months now, I have learned that I cannot go there on certain mornings... unless I want my order to be wrong. Thursdays in particular are days where I will not have oatmilk (extra charge) in my coffee, and/or white cheddar cheese (instead of American) on my sandwich. I order to-go and are always running out the door, so I need to factor in time for corrections now. But know if you go there and it's a Thursday, check your order before leaving the store.

Consistently stale product. I only go when I didn’t have time to go to my local Dunkin in Rye Brook, which is great. Today I ordered a smoothie (among other things). Was charged but when I went to pick up the order was told they don’t have smoothies there and to choose from the bottled drinks but that was only AFTER I realized I didn’t get my smoothie and went back in. Unreal. The stale product is inexcusable. They are just trying to save money by not having to buy fresh product. They assume their customers won’t know the difference between fresh product and stale.

Hello, my name is Maria, well, in my opinion, they do not give good service, especially the lady and the husband. I went today to buy an iced coffee. I asked them to please put Whip Cream in my iced coffee and the man told her that at the same time iced coffee is not even included and that bothers me. I am paying and the customer is given whatever they ask for if necessary. I could pay extra, but the man with his bad character answered me, "no, ma'am, I cannot add it, so how is it going to work?" There the lady charges everything up to the paper bag and that is not fair. I am always working with the clients and I always give them what they ask for because I know that they are paying for that. I am working to provide good service so it doesn't feel like it. to return there and that's why the businesses don't work, they are workers, they are not the owners and the customer is asked for what they want.
