I’m writing to express my deep concern regarding two separate incidents at this particular location, both of which reflect extremely poor customer service and a lack of professionalism.
The first issue occurred when I sent one of my employees to redeem several gift cards we had received from our customers. Upon her return, she informed me that she was charged over $60. Confused, I returned to the store myself to investigate. I was told by a man claiming to be the manager that the gift card values had been charged in addition to the price of the food. No refund was issued—rather, I was simply told to “use the gift cards another day.” This was highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
The second incident happened today with another one of my employees, who frequently orders from this location. He placed an order via the app and received confirmation that it was processed and paid for. When he arrived to pick it up, the staff claimed the order didn’t exist due to system issues. Despite him showing proof of the transaction, he was repeatedly called a liar and denied service—over two doughnuts. He eventually reached over the counter to retrieve the items himself, a decision we’ve since addressed internally, but the situation escalated further when staff called the police. Four patrol cars responded to this situation, which could have—and should have—been deescalated by your team.
These incidents highlight serious gaps in training around conflict resolution and basic customer service. Regardless of the industry, professionalism and courtesy should never be optional. I strongly urge Dunkin’ to investigate these events and take meaningful steps to ensure situations like this do not continue.

I have been to A LOT of Dunkin Donuts in my life, and I have my favorites to say. This little gem made me smile because the staff was friendly and the service went with it as impeccable, now we all love the different drinks well My wife loves their caramel drinks and the pictures only give the visual pleasure of the experience but still well worth it. I was here between 7:30 and 8:30pm Feb.16 .25
This is one of the few places where the donuts taste soft and fresh. The workers are among the best I've come across, and the only issue I have with the place is the lack of seating.

Every time I order to pick up always have to wait order it’s never ready and most of the time something it’s missing. Lots of times the drive thru it’s neglected to the point of leaving because there’s nobody to attend you.

I see a few new faces. The black girl and the little one with glasses who does the cooking is actually really good. The girl with the blue hair is always mad when you have to ask her anything and the man at the register is super nice IF you leave a tip or if you’re cute. The big lady helps when she feels like it as well I’ve noticed, I believe she own it or is the manager, isn’t that great? I’d say grab some donuts, and some food depending on who’s there and go about your day.

I SEE WHY PEOPLE GO TO STARBUCKS I go to this Dunkin Donuts on the regular. Unfortunately the staff here do not understand the concept of time and closing hours. The heavy set woman name Diana refused to serve me a Latte because she cleaned the machine already. However the store closes at 8:30 PM and it is 8:14 PM.

Missing Items, staff unprofessional. They got my order wrong and got mad when I asked for the stuff that I was missing. Pink hair worker throw me the missing items in a bag. Horrible experience
