Waiters are all over the place they don’t even bother to ask if everything is okay or if you need something else. They forgot my appetizers and part of my order in mean time while other tables got their food first. When in reality we got here first. And this is on Father’s Day but my friend told me before but I guess I have to have the experience.

I measured a colomian spot on how crispy the pork belly is. I usually will have it on the weekends for breakfast and order it to go. I just started eating from this place since August i think. From the time i order to the time i get there the staff has been just sweet and warming, and even though i come in with a long face and feeling grumpy from waking up they always greet me with a smile. I could tell they enjoy their job so i know is a clean spot. The chicharon has been right on the spot crispy, crunchy, and full of flavor. The pork belly just complements the rest of the food the rice and beans, sausage, and steak is medley of flavors that my whole family enjoys. The bakery options they offer are just as good the guava chicharon is my favorite is always fresh and flaky with just the right amount of sweet. By the time I'm done i don't need any more food until the next day. I would like them to make me my coffee, but I guess I could make that myself I guess 😅.
