My favorite Mexican take out place closed a number of months ago. I had tried a number of different places since and have been extremely disappointed. Someone finally recommended El Poblano and I’m very happy. I’ve ordered a couple of times from here and the food has been great, maybe even better than my old favorite. I highly recommend El Poblano.

As most of the reviews are pointing out, it's way overpriced. $32 for carne asada that tastes super bland . No seasoning and barely any salt . Never paid that much for carne asada too. I didn't bother to ask about the cost beforehand because usually its priced properly in restaurants; not this one.

I was just there for the first time eating with my family my 3 boys and my wife I. We ordered 1 quesadilla of carne asada, 2 carne asada with rice and beans, taquitos, 1 guacamole, and 1 torta azteca and the drinks. I was charged $300 they included tip of $70 which I believe is exaggerated. I will never comeback to that place. Will never recommend.

After dropping my child at School Of Rock across the street for music lessons, El Poblano is my go to dinner for authentic Mexican food , their portion will keep u full, my dishes I order are : super nacho, shrimp taco, chicken fajitas, churros and to wash it down is a quart of horchata, a beyond a 3 course meal. There’s parking on the side and with in the restaurant. By the time the food is ready, the music lesson is over, so perfect timing . You can place the order online in advance, u get free churros every order. Til next time !

Food took awhile to come out, restaurant was not busy at all. We ordered a quesadilla, cemitas, tortas and the molcajete. All the food had barely any flavor at all, & the molcajete was horrible! The “salsa” tasted like watered down chicken stock. All the cebolla and cheese was at the bottom of the liquid, which turned mushy because the “salsa” came out boiling when brought to the table. $38 dollars. Also beware there’s a service charge added to the bill. Please use that money to improve your bad food!!!

Disgraceful!!! Used to be good but the food is mediocre and certainly not worth the price. I ordered a steak burrito and I asked if I could add jalapeño.. the girl told me it would be a $3 up charge. Then I get my meal.. completely sloppy no flavor. $48 for 2 burritos is laughable. Burrito had nothing but rice and beans and then they decided to add another side of rice and beans? Scamming customers for sub par food should be a crime!
