We took some longtime friends to celebrate their 49th wedding anniversary, and the manager on duty at the time we went was outstanding! The only thing we had a complaint about was that there was no shrimp served as advertised on the menu, and way too much chicken for the price we paid per person! It's a Brazilian steakhouse isn't it?

Frankly, this was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had, and I truly regret choosing this restaurant. The food was mediocre at best, but the service was what really ruined the night. Our waitress was incredibly rude and condescending—she rolled her eyes multiple times and made it clear that helping us was a burden. We waited over 30 minutes just for drinks, and some people in our party waited more than an hour for something as simple as a Diet Coke. Several meals didn't even arrive until an hour into the dinner. For a bill that came out to nearly $600, the quality of service and food was nowhere near worth it. The experience was so disappointing that I even spoke to the manager, which I rarely ever do. I would never recommend this place to anyone—it was disrespectful, unprofessional, and a complete letdown from start to finish. She truly ruined my birthday dinner

I had such an awesome time at Fogo de Chão for their National Caipirinha Day event! The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the staff made the entire evening feel seamless — attentive, friendly, and truly on point. The drinks were excellent (the caipirinhas were so good we didn't want to leave!), the small bites were delicious, and the service was impeccable. It was the perfect mix of catching up with friends and enjoying the event itself. I was told this is an annual celebration, and I'll definitely be putting it on my calendar to return. Highly recommend for great food, drinks, and an all-around memorable experience.

The service was excellent. The food was excellent. Although, there was one problem. There were fruit flies all over the cut baguette pieces on the soup & rice & beans & maple bacon table, and that was very disappointing / offputting to see at a fine dining establishment of this caliber. I hope that this message reaches the restaurant, so they will fix this.

All you can eat Steakhouse yet they barely brought out steak. Bunch of chicken, pork, sausages, and everything but steak. I've been to Fogo in midtown NYC. Texas de Brasil which is generally the same concept and never quite had this issue. In fact, I've had to turn my switch off to stop them from supplying steak. At Fogo WP? Where's the steak? Is this not a Steakhouse?? Definitely my last time here

We celebrated our 12 year Anniversary we ordered the unlimited steak, Lamb, chicken and salmon with asparagus everything was tender and seasoned to perfection, the drinks was beyond on point passion fruit caipirinha and old fashioned. I will definitely be returning.

Had a great Family Dinner. We celebrated my son's 20th Birthday and the service was excellent. Food was fantastic.

Always a great experience. For the amount you spend on the meats, they don't come around often and you need to keep asking for certain meats. Not a great value.

the wine tasting dinners have gotten even better. did away with charcuterie board which i did not find particularly good. replaced it with individual plates which is much better. also did not have the live music which, on previous events, was piped into the wine tasting dinner area . i always found it intrusive and detrimental to the ambience of the event. the food and wines were excellent as was the service.

The food quality seemed to go downhill. This was a place we loved to go eat, went there a few times per year, but after our last visit I think it may be our last. Each cut of meat seemed to be very tough, even though the steaks were cooked medium rare. And the things like the sausage, chicken and steak bites were all very overcooked. Very disappointing.

The service was a bit slow and it took a few reminders when we asked for specific meat. The meat choices stay far behind a good rodizio and it was all a bit too well done for our taste. Salad bar was good. The caipirinhas were very good.

My husband and I were there to celebrate my birthday, it was awesome My first visit , not my last I have already recommended Fogo de Chao to friends, I will definitely do bunch soon A good time was had

This evening was another truly wonderful experience. The food and drinks were delicious. The service staff was nothing short of excellent, ensuring our plates were never empty and our glasses were always perfectly topped. Their efficiency truly elevated the dining experience. Adding to the atmosphere, was the singer's voice which was simply beautiful.
