Yall food is really good i’m a regular but what I don’t understand & I will complain about is why does the Mac and cheese have to go by weight ? when it should be atleast two sides or an extra 5-7 dollars

Great authentic Caribbean food, very tasty. Deliveries nicely packaged for no leaks. Portions plentiful but a little pricy.

This place has awful service. They probably have one or two female that are nice after that. All the other ones has a nasty attitude when it come close to closing they want to rush you in your order. Oh, I wanna only make one trip to the back please don’t make me make two trips to the back. Listen, I’m a guy and their attitude is disgusting. I prefer to go to another Jamaican spot. That’s actually in White Plains then give my money here. I don’t even wanna talk about during breakfast time.

This is strictly take out. I absolutely enjoy their food however I avoid going there because the staff is SO abrupt and nasty!! I mistakenly called a “lunch special” size a “small” and got snapped at!! There is no need for this behavior. Others have complained about the staff so obviously, management is not interested in correcting it. It is a shame because we really love the food, especially the soups and patties. The quantity is plentiful and the quality is good but I like to get courtesy where I spend my money!

Customer Services extremely poor order was not delivered and received payment, I was hang up on several attempts on calling, I had to use some one else phone to call

The food wasn’t cooked with love. Not as well as other Golden Krusts that I have patronized.

The food was amazing I ordered two oxtail large meals. Which tasted all so good. The vegetables were made just right. The rice and peas were so tasty. I will definitely be back again and again and again

I ordered delivery from Golden Krust for the first time. The food was delicious and the driver was exceptional and professional. I was very disappointed that the side of fried dumplings that I purchased was not included in the delivery.
I’ll stick to purchasing in store.

Love their beef patties, I feel as if they changed the formula from years ago. it was very dry but now the beef is very runny, oozes out when you take a bite. I don't normally order meals here but when I do the fried chicken and rice and beans is amazing. Better than the other Jamaican restaurants where there rice is horrible and the chicken is ok at best. I also love the variety of desserts they have. Staff could be a little more open but otherwise they were friendly. Definitely come again to try other options.

30 /05/24 had some goat head soup today which was the most disgusting soup over powdered with oregano to hide the fact the soup was going off I ordered a large only managed to consume 1/4 2 hours later the worst diarrhea leaving me severely dehydrated I was only visiting the country so could not go to the hospital good thing I’m a nurse

The Chef at Golden Crust is a master. This is the only place I buy oxtails. Excellent food. My absolute favorite place for Caribbean food! The ladies behind the counter are wonderful! They make me feel right at home! They always have a smile and a good word. Love them!
