Golden Wok Chinese Food

I ordered a large fried rice and orange chicken and it took them two hours!!! TWO!! 2 hours I still haven’t received my food and every time I call they say the delivery man is 10 minutes away I tired to cancel and they said I couldn’t but they still fail to deliver my food .!??

Please be careful when order food from Golden Wok on Mamaroneck Ave. I received an order about an hour ago thinking it was sent to me because I'm ill
The place delivered the order to the wrong building which is across the street. I couldn't figure out who had sent it so I called the number on the receipt. A disabled lady was waiting for her food. We called to let her know that they delivered the food to us and she needed to call them and have them send her a new order. INSTEAD of sending her a new order they came back to my apartment and retook the food back to take it to her!!! I called her to let her know that they weren't giving her a new fresh order. PLEASE SHARE

Went to buy lunch at this place today was a damn roach in my food they sure did give me a refund no problem

The food didn’t taste like anything. Vegetables not cooked through. Meat felt rubbery and fake or a different animal? second attempt and review at this place too.

Honestly worse Chinese food ever had , ordered sesame chicken combo with pork fried rice , chicken was spicy they just threw some pork and n top of the rice , eggroll was nasty crab Rangoon was not bad , will not be goin back

Don't waste your money and time on this cheap excuse for chinese food. The fried rice has no flavor whatsoever. The fried chicken wings are hit or miss at best. The house Lo mein is actually quite good. I haven't had anything else on the menu so won't speak to that.

I called to order some food. Lady said I can’t get a plate / entree with noodles and beef in one corner and chicken in the other. I would have to pay for each separately. I kindly asked why it’s like that, they’re the 2nd Chinese restaurant I’ve called. I told the lady, “I don’t mean to make comparison but Panda Express is like this, why are y’all like that?” She said “we are takeout, not American Express” and hung up on me. Rude.

Food was TERRIBLE! ? Went here the first time 2 years ago, and tried the Boneless Spare Ribs but it was nasty. Thought I'd give it a 2nd try today, the Chicken Wings was horrible, and the fried rice tasted like Rice A Roni. Couldn't even finish food, that's how bad it was. Waste of $9. NEVER AGAIN!!! Please go elsewhere for better Chinese food.

Just had Door Dash deliver my order and the food was awful.The Hot and Sour soup was bland, the steamed dumplings were chewy and the rest of my order was lacking any flavorFirst and LAST time ordering from

Be careful if you use the option "order online". I don't know why they have it on here, I had to pay twice for a sesame chicken that I ordered online because apparently, they don't work with online orders. I even showed them that I already had paid, I showed them the receipt and they still charged me.

Food was great. They even customized my order for me based on the ingredients they had on hand at the time. The sweet ginger tea is always a winner as well.
