We usually look for a Starbucks, but I’m so glad we found Gregory's Coffee instead! While we were waiting in line, a staff member offered my daughter a free smoothie. She loved it, and that simple gesture made our whole day. My wife and I both ordered coffees and they were excellent. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly throughout our visit. We’ll definitely be coming back—this place has a great vibe!

Listen, I’m not a regular but my time there today, was unpleasant. The girl behind the counter seemed like she was in a bad mood as soon as I walked in, and I’d even say she was down right rude. I understand people have off days, but my coffee also tasted horribly and she under cooked my scone which was still raw. Needless to say, I miss the Starbucks that was there not that long ago.

Dear Management,

I am compelled to report an exceptionally rude and dismissive interaction I had at your White Plains location in Westchester County. Upon arriving for a pickup, I saw two bags on the counter, one labeled with my name. Unsure of the protocol—whether I needed staff approval—I waited politely.

The employee, who had her shirt partially rolled up, showing her waistline and lower stomach area; ignored me entirely. After a prolonged silence, she began using a machine, never once looking at me or acknowledging my presence. I said, “Good morning,” but was met with complete silence. When I finally asked if I could take the order, she gave me a scornful look and a sarcastic reply, “Well, is it yours?” After confirming, she told me to take it, her frustration palpable, with no smile and a clearly annoyed demeanor.

As I left, still in disbelief, I glanced back through the showcase window. She saw me, made a deliberate hostile face, and tilted her neck as if to say, “What are you looking at?” In response, I turned back around, re-entered, and asked, “Ma’am, did I do something to offend you? I simply asked a question—I do not deserve this treatment.” She coldly responded, in a frustrated, bothered tone, “I’m not treating you in any way,” but her dismissive attitude was unmistakable.

This behavior was completely unacceptable and far beneath the standard of service I expect. I trust you will address this behavior so that no other customer experiences this type of treatment.

Dr Teacher

On Sunday, I purchased a beverage and a sandwich item. The Hispanic woman with the dark hair and light complexion behind the counter was not pleasant. Whereas, the black woman with a short hair that was pregnant was lovely. The only reason I’m giving this place two stars is because of the black woman. The other woman needs to be retrained on how to be pleasant to people. Asking questions to learn about products was like pulling teeth. You have to do better.

Being the caramel-craving lunatic that I am, I was initially disappointed when Gregory’s replaced my favorite coffee spot in the mall. Eventually, I decided to give Gregory’s a try and I’m so glad I did.

The friendly barista recommended the salted caramel matcha with oat milk, and I instantly fell in love. The staff is polite, knowledgeable, and provides excellent customer service with minimal wait time. The establishment is very clean, with a mix of regular tables and high bar-stool seating.

I’ve already been there three times this week, and on my last visit I even downloaded the Gregory’s app for rewards points. I’ll definitely be returning soon to try their snacks and pastries.

I came here about two weeks ago and the service was chaotic to say the least. The coffee shop was being run by two teenage girls (one of which was new and did not know how to make any drinks or use the kiosk to ring up our order) who seemed to be fighting the whole time. The other girl who was making the drinks was audibly yelling at the newer employee and it was jarring. I’d mention come here if you are willing to wait 20 minutes for your coffee and possibly see a mockery - or maybe… don’t leave untrained employees in charge

I paid 8 dollars for a pineapple ginger drink, and after waiting 40 minutes, I never received it even after asking multiple times for it. I want my money back.
