The young man working today at about 2:30 was very kind and made my coffee perfectly. I’ve had issues with inconsistency here before but he was very kind and made the coffee great. Was also working alone and getting people in & out. Kudos to him and his friendly service.

As per my weekly coffee grab with my daughter from one of the best coffee shops out. I want to say that as crazy as this location is with customers. This staff is nothing but perfect. Smooth lines and quick to be in and out. Coffee was fresh and I even saw the manager come out to help and direct the flow of the store. All employees were extremely nice and everyone had smiles on their faces. Great job at this location!

The employees are super friendly polite and pleasant. The store itself was very clean and well kept. I purchased the pineapple ginger drink and was not a fan of it. I tasted nothing of ginger and more passionfruit flavor than anything. It was too sweet for me as well. I personally would not purchase it again but I will continue to go to this location and purchase other items.

We stopped in at Gregory’s on Monday 8/18. The staff were so friendly! The gentlemen at the front were helpful, kind, and made a wonderful cup of coffee. We will definitely be returning!! Great place with great people!

Visited locations many time before as I am a fellow mall employee myself. Under previous management so the service and atmosphere was always positive and cheerful. I was here 4 times last week to get a Lg ice cup as i always do and encountered a young lady with some black beats on her head and a very nasty attitude. Refused to sell me a cup of ice and only would provide a small. After asking to pay for the difference in cup size she said they don't charge for ice. And wouldn’t even accommodate me for the up size. Besides the small inconvenience no greeting. Shouted at her employee over a super small mistake. As a store manager myself this is not the representation you would expect from this store.

really disappointed. the matcha tasted strange, and looked murky almost if it were expired. matcha should be bright green and this was something else. threw out my drink immediately
